I love Dutch Bros but Holy smokes this is the slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. For the amount of people you have out here taking orders you should be embarrassed how long this takes. Do better people!

coffee is okay, but the wait times for mobile orders are excessive. I at first thought that it was a glitch however the it was a reoccurring theme. Mobile order placed, I’d showed up and I’d still have to wait 10-15 extra for my coffee. Clearly it’s not working. Fix it.

Not sure what the point of the app is given you will still be waiting the ridiculous wait time of all the other customers. I get they're trying to do a vibe thing with their "broistas" but it's just a bunch of kids looking messy, flirting with each other instead of working. I think I watched one guy stand there and wipe cups the entire time. Another time guy in the drive-thru kept trying to chat me up. I'm not in the drive thru because I wanted extra human interaction. Please just pump out coffee's kids. This will be my last visit. Tried 5 or 6 times and I'm just over it, especially given the coffee is definitely not better than starbucks.

They take drive thru costumers more serious and they forget about walk in costumers. I was waiting for over 15 minutes waiting on my drink that I got when there was no costumers. I had to leave without the drink cause I was late to work. Left without no drink

Davis might just be the chillest human being I've ever met. Wow. Such a phenomenal experience. Never felt so loved, known, and welcomed by a stranger, nevertheless one I spoke to for merely 45 seconds. Unbelievable. Go dutch bros.

First time trying Dutch Bros. Heard many great things about them. First off, the google maps location is slightly off. The location is next to a car wash and by the home decor parking lot. Now when I arrived at the drive through the young lady who took my order was super friendly. I wanted to try a protein coffee and she gave a couple of recommendations l. I went with the salted caramel protein lattes. It tastes amazing. And it has 22 grams of protein for the medium size. Drive through was fast. I was in and out in about 10 min. Will definitely come back and highly recommend
Just horrible service from the drive thru. Didn't take turns of people who arrived first, just completed their line and took forever to get the line moving to the point the 2nd drive thru worker who finished now shuffled to the other side and started taking orders messing up the whole ordering process since drink orders are now out of order according to the drive thru. Won't be coming back to this one.
