This place offers affordable sushi, and of course I don’t expect top quality sushi here. We ordered sashimi lunch ($12.50) and sushi lunch ($12.50). They both came with a bowl of rice, miso soup and salad. The sushi quality was better than grocery sushi. Service was okay, a bit slow, as the restaurant seemed busy at lunch and only three employees worked there.

1st. Visit. I asked for the steak, rare. And it couldn't have been more well done and, tough. And, thin cut. Like it was going on a sandwich hoagie. Tea, sold by the cup. Not by the kettle. Tea not hot. Soup not hot. Terrible tempura. The whole meal was a disaster. The only thing that passed was the rice. What a disappointment. While I was finishing up, two people got a ladder and started getting into, the ceiling tiles. Got outa there before the dust started coming down.

Menu was misleading, noodles on menu should say in broth. Its a hot pot. The person that took my order doesnt even know what hot pot means when i asked is this a hotpot? He says no its noodles in broth. I didnt hear him say broth on the phone and ordered it expecting noodles as it says on the menu. Management removed the soup from the order then snubbed me when i said goodnight because my i didnt want the soup. Portions were small and expensive. Cant imagine how this place is still open. Go somewhere else people. Would be happy to see this place replaced by a nicer, and more professional establishment. Never coming back and ill be telling my friends and family what kind of fine establishment theyre running here including my friend who recommended this dump to me. For $20 per person you could eat at a steakhouse and get respected.

Wandered into this strip center and I saw Sushi. Disappointed. Mediocre sashimi pieces. Now I understand why the place is half empty. I’m sure there are much better places in Santa Ana.

Love this place. I’ve been eating here for years now and it just always holds up. Delicious food and the best price around. Their eel roll is incredible! Eat here tonight!

Baked salmon is the greatest and it’s only $10!
