You HAVE to try the chicken yufka. Phenomenal. Get a tatuni salad on the side, you will want to add more to the yufka it's delicious. The hot sauce isn't that spicy, but the flavor elevates the yufka so well. I wasn't even that hungry when I came in and I demolished my plate. The owner is so sweet, please give this shop a visit.

The quality of the food was fantastic. I go to Turkey all the time so this was spot on. I talked to the owner he could tell he was very passionate about food. The prices are same as Chipotle so very affordable and real food. And I was in and out in 15 and it's with a large order for five people to go

Let me begin by saying, I can’t fully judge how good the rest of the food is. And I really wanted this food to be good, as I love Turkish food. However, I can only judge based on my first experience and what I had. I got the chicken leg lunch special. The chicken was flavorless and tasted kind of old. You can tell it was just reheated. That to me is pretty unacceptable. I ended up just throwing away 90% of the meal. I hate wasting food, but I just couldn’t finish. If it was fresh, recommend something else to me. I know their somewhat new, so hopefully they do better next time.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Halal Oglu, and it was an outstanding experience! The Turkish cuisine was authentic and delicious. The food was flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the künefe was simply the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re craving genuine Turkish food, Halal Oglu is the place to go!

This place is truly the best Turkish food I’ve ever had—it genuinely made me reminisce about the taste of food in Turkey. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was absolutely to die for, especially the künefe and çiğ köfte, and everything paired perfectly with their amazing Turkish coffee. I highly recommend this place—it’s a true hidden gem for anyone who loves great food.

Just left and had to write this review. Excellent service and outstanding food! the owner gave us samples of the chicken soup which was so nice of him and the soup was awesome! The ribeye steak was shaved perfectly for the wrap and the beef/lamb baguette was also delicious. whatever garlic hot sauce combo they have slaps. Don’t skip on the hummus either. it came with this amazing sesame bread too. SO. GOOD. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Great hole-in-the-wall place to get authentic, freshly made Turkish food. The food is not heavy, but nutritionally diverse, and satisfying - it's a great alternative to McDonald's or Costco food after visiting Costco or Costco Gas.

I had the beef and lamb wrap. While the spices and flavor were great, I feel like it was overpriced at $16.99. For that price, it should at least include some type of side, such as a tabouli salad or something. If they knock $3 off the price, I feel like it would be a decent deal.
