Introduced to HMK a couple of months ago now and I love it! The staff is super friendly, I've ordered meals for my team, and we even requested for them to do a catering event which went amazing! Everyone's loved their food and i definitely recommend to those interested in either one-off meal help or more recurring. Either way, they've got you!

These meals are tasty, and easy to reheat. I love how they list important macros, like protein, carbs, and fats, so that I can easily log them in MyFitnessPal. I enjoy the taste of the carne asada, and shrimp the most. They have good prices and the portion sizes are enough for me with the 4oz.

I have been going to your location and I have been ordering my meals from you off and on for years and I truly can say they save me . The right amount of servings the vegetable intake and the best part there delicious and I love how friendly everyone is at the store . I have tried other meal prep but for me your the Best and I will keep coming to you for my meals . Keep up this amazing Meal prep as for me and my healthy journey it’s been a true saver !!!

I generally cook most of my food but I always get a handful of meals here incase I don’t have time or energy to cook during the week. I like this place because their meals are good and they always have good deals. Meals and deals 👍

Not sure what happened during this order. Not especially happy. Some of my trays seemed to be over cooked and lacking taste.
It has been a while since I had last ordered from HMK. They had always been great in the past.

I'am a new mom with a disable partner, full time boss/personal trainer and time to prep and track meals has been a struggle. Running in on Sunday or Monday to pick up meals has been a life saver. I wish I had found you guys awhile ago. Everything taste good so far, nothing to over seasoned. I like freezer the protein donuts and heating up when i want something sweet. Thank you guys!

I’ve purchased meals here for a long time and they’re pretty good! They’re great for work lunches or dinner if you’re in a rush. For dinner I usually add something else, like a little side veggie dish or a salad. Today the shrimp was very salty, which is unusual. The seasoning is generally good and I will keep buying these.

These guys make awesome food compared to other meal prep places. I tried another one down the street and the food was so bland, I couldn't even tell if it was cooked or what kind of meat I was eating. With every meal I have gotten from this place, it's been tasty every time, no matter what I've grabbed. No matter if it's been shrimp or ground beef, it's been delicious. Also I dont know how they prep their green beans but they are excellent. I'll definitely be back

This place has fed me for 4 years. The food is so good and the portions are great. In the beginning, it was about weight loss after I lost the 50 pounds I still eat here to keep the weight off.

This place is fantastic for grabbing healthy meals. They update their menu daily on Instagram, which helps me plan when to visit for my favorite bowls. The staff is friendly and always available to answer questions about the daily meal selections. The prices are very reasonable, and they often run attractive promotions like buy four get one free in April or offer discount codes for online orders. Bless my wallet! The interior is small and cozy, as it mainly caters to to-go orders. There is plenty of parking right in front of the store.

Great healthy, fresh, food at a great price! Easy to order, and even better, only need to order a couple days ahead of time (unlike several meal companies where you have to order over a week out!) So many options on places to pick up - this place makes everything so easy on you! Great variety and food is delicious
