Great healthy, fresh, food at a great price! Easy to order, and even better, only need to order a couple days ahead of time (unlike several meal companies where you have to order over a week out!) So many options on places to pick up - this place makes everything so easy on you! Great variety and food is delicious

I started ordering food from here about a year ago at the recommendation of my personal trainer. What a life changer! The food is great and so convenient and lots of choices. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of the service. These people deliver my food every week for $12. Worth every penny, (I live in Tustin and they are in HB) My food got stolen off my porch this past Sunday between the time David dropped it off and the time I went out to pick it up. I sent him a message asking if they could repack my order and I could pick it up in the store (I can't live without my meals lol). Not only did they repack my meals but they redelivered them and wouldn't let me pay for them! I was really touched by the extra mile they went when it was not their fault. That's how they treat their customers. Like family. Thank you, David, Guillermo, Adam and anyone who was involved in helping me. I really appreciate it.

Local to Orange County Meal delivery option service. Their physical location is in Fountain Valley but they have partnerships with some CAMPs workout center with set days for pick up. I have not utilized their pick up services there.Their staff at the location as a first timer were nice and friendly. I liked the fact here they include macros so it makes it easy to know exactly what you are eating if you are logging your food. My favorite so far has been the shrimp and fried rice. Flavorful and really good.

It was September 28 that I walked into Healthy Meals Kitchen for the first time. I was surprised to see they had a refrigerator where you could walk out with meals on the spot. Most meal prep establishments I have tried require you to place an order days before and had minimum quantity orders. HMK allows you to buy as little or as much as you need. I started ordering online and picking up the food in store. They have a good variety of choices and it is reasonably priced. At first I thought this was going to cost a lot of money as I spend about $100 a week at HMK. I soon realized that I was spending way more at the grocery store on unhealthy options. The money I spend at HMK saves me money at the grocery store so it averages out. Today is December 9th. It has been 10 weeks of eating most of my food from HMK and I have lost 35 pounds.

I love this place so much. It's the best meal prep I've found in OC. There is a great selection for variety, the prices are affordable and the staff are always so nice and informative. I don't have my life in order enough to order ahead of time so I always go in and select from the grab and go selection and I'm always impressed with how many different meals they have ready to go. Thank you healthy meals kitchen for always being there for me!

Love this place. It's the most affordable local meal prep I've found yet. The food is good and they offer grab-n-go options, online pre ordering, bulk, juices, healthy sweet treats, etc. Staff is also super nice. 10/10 would highly recommend.

They have a variety of meals and supplements available making it a one stop shop for all your fitness needs.If they have it in stock, you MUST get the protein donuts. OH MY GERDDDSS like how is it sooooo good while fitting my macros. This is the perfect spot for a busy mom like me just trying to eat healthy with my schedule. My favorite meals: Buffalo chicken Tri tip beef

It was my first time trying this place and man have I been missing out! I walked in and was greeted by Mackenzie. She was extremely helpful and kind. She explained everything to me. I was surprised that the food was discounted so I got three! The food is delicious and the store is nice and clean. I will be coming back and I highly recommend this place!

Love this place! I have been ordering meal preps from this place for months and I have no complaints. Food is consistent in the quality and taste. They are super affordable. Also, the staff is always so very nice.

Blown away by this place. The meals were filling and the macros were amazing. Super easy to order, and I loved that I didn't have to sign up for a subscription-- even tho I might just take advantage of that now. Everything I ordered was 10/ 10. My boyfriend loved the protein donuts, and the wraps are such an easy lunch option. About to place another order. :D
