Was there for first time Aug 18th for dinner. I like the happy hour specials, decent prices in general. I like the sauces and the etoufee soup, the side dishes are so tasty as well.
Very spacious seating and customer service from Vivian. She was attentive and very professional to your needs.

Wow, they are automatically adding a service fee to a table of 6. My table had 4 adults and two kids. My 3 YO nephew go was picked up 15 minutes after we sat at the table. When my bill came they simply said it was because we had 6 people on our table. That’s ridiculous. I have been coming here for years, this will be the last time I come here.
If you like the shrimp here, try The Boiling Crab, flavor never changes always taste delicious. Skip this place!!!

How can I start really bad service from the beginning the one in West Hollywood was wayyyy better,, I’m visiting from Texas and I used to come here all the time, it was the best I introduced this place to my friends and family. The waitress Heidi she is the bigger girl she looks Hispanic had a RBF since the beginning food wasn’t good took a long time to even get a drink, I had to go get drinks, she helped a group of males before us and looked at use all females like we were broke. I won’t be coming back. Heidi looked like a Races Hispanic. Don’t go here!!!!! I was still give a tip and she did not deserve it.

Some girl Heidi skipped us on the line and sat the next ppl after us, then she took their order first after I complained of being there first. When we was leaving she embarrassed me by sending someone to stop me at the door saying I didn't pay that my card didn't go through but I payed cash and another waitress that was very nice had to tell her I had already payed i usually come here after to eat with my kids and had always loved the service but this girl ruined my experience here hope she gets fired. Smh plus had to give $37 on tips you got to be kidding me

Great taste. They over cook their shrimp some times but it's alright. I'll come back soon.

Nina works so hard and doing everything alone! The food is good but it would be nice if there’s another person in line helping serving people than herself ! She’s such a hard worker ! And doing amazing but what kinda bothered me is there isn’t another employee to back her up. I feel so bad she’s doing orders , serving , taking orders and cleaning the tables all by herself! I hope she receives a great tip for her hard work! But it doesn’t hurt to get a helping hand for her !
