Marie was the best! She is very sweet and has great customer service! She was working alone, but was fast and smoothies were delicious. My only complaint, and it's a big one is how incredibly hot it was in there. The A/C is broken and you felt it upon immediately opening the doors. I was sweating within a minute of standing in there and I was only there for 5 minutes. My husband couldn't even stay, he had to leave immediately. And this was 7:30 at night, so I can only imagine what it's like during the day. I feel horrible for the employees, this is not a safe working environment, especially with this summer heat approaching. I was complaining the whole time and Marie just maintained her positivity. The owner needs to get this fixed ASAP.

Amazing people who work there who are very sweet and kind and make the drink absolutely perfect!. Only problem is the a/c is broken and my daughter had to wait in the car it was that hot in there. The owners need to fix the a/c A.S.A.P!! It is so dangerous for anyone to be in there, let alone work in that type of environment with it being that hot. It is so hard to even breathe that it is so hot in there. Other than that everything is great and the people who work there is what makes it great!!

Great location! Anastasia took my order and was so patient as well as knowledgeable of the products! With her help I’ve discovered my new favorite smoothie! the peanut butter & banana protein with whey protein! I also tried the Classic Handwhich which was delicious! The store is very clean and organized! i’ll definitely be returning soon!

Never again. I came here today and waited 20 min, TWENTY MIN, then realized people that came in after me were getting their drinks. I asked where mine was and they hadn't even started it yet. So I asked the manager for a refund and she could care less. I'm now sitting in my car outside writing this review. I don't come here often but never have had a good experience. This location is great for people that have time to waste

Absolutely terrible experience. I hate giving bad reviews, but man this Jamba Juice is one to skip. Apart from not being rung up for over 5 minutes because they “didn’t see me” to them remaking my order 3 times, this is a 1 star review. I told them I had an allergy and I watched them put the food I was allergic to into my bowl, and then try to scoop it out and serve to me rather than remake with clean equipment. Cutting corners can make people sick. The management needs to train these employees better on customer service but most importantly on the important offer knowing allergens and taking food allergies seriously. Maybe because this is a franchise location the training is lacking?
