The employees here lack the absolute common sense to ask the customer to confirm their order if they couldn't hear. The loud blenders goin off and they can't hear so they just assume. They not only messed up my name (the guy put a completely different name) they messed up my order completely. Jamba Juice really needs to switch to automated self service terminals.

Marie was the best! She is very sweet and has great customer service! She was working alone, but was fast and smoothies were delicious. My only complaint, and it's a big one is how incredibly hot it was in there. The A/C is broken and you felt it upon immediately opening the doors. I was sweating within a minute of standing in there and I was only there for 5 minutes. My husband couldn't even stay, he had to leave immediately. And this was 7:30 at night, so I can only imagine what it's like during the day. I feel horrible for the employees, this is not a safe working environment, especially with this summer heat approaching. I was complaining the whole time and Marie just maintained her positivity. The owner needs to get this fixed ASAP.

The owners need to fix the a/c A.S.A.P!! It is so dangerous for anyone to be in there, let alone work in that type of environment with it being that hot. It is so hard to even breathe that it is so hot in there. Other than that everything is great and the people who work there is what makes it great!!
