⚠️ Safety Hazard – Please Fix Immediately

I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s today and got my finger cut by the sharp metal edge around the door’s lock opening. It’s sticking out and very sharp — I didn’t notice it when pulling the door open. This is a serious safety hazard, especially for kids who are shorter and more likely to grab that area.

I was also expecting someone to help, say sorry, or at least bring an antibacterial wipe — but they only said, “This never happened here.” Not helpful at all.

Please fix or cover the sharp metal ASAP. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this is something that could seriously injure someone.

This location is the only one I go to that they dont have the freshest bread and no spicy mustard. All the locations I go to have spicy brown mustard. Not the associates fault ,but whomever the location owner is.
Idk about the bread ,its never fluffy like the other locations. I cant eat the end peices because of it. I order a giant, but once im done its more like a med because of those peices I have to toss out.

Today my husband and I ordered subs, the order first arrived late and both subs made incorrectly, when I called the store I got the assistant manager Johnny ( if that is really his name as he was hesitant to give it to me) and he was rude and hung up on me-this is sad as we love ordering from this store but this has happened several times the subs arriving incorrectly made!! You need to teach customer service to you asistant manager Johnny as he does not know how to be professional-

Overall, I am satisfied with the portion of food and customer service at this place! The food portion is of great value for your bucks. The food counter is clean, and the workers always change gloves before preparing the sandwiches, which is one of the most important things to keep customers from getting food poisoning, which many other fast food restaurants do not care much. The employees appeared pleasant and courteous. I would come back here for sure. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The food is always good! The place like a sandwich making machine. The staff is polite and welcoming, store is clean!

Food was great. Service was okay. Could have been worse, could have been better. Little on the pricey side but with the economy now, what isn't. Would go there again.

Food wasn’t as good at this location. Service was okay, but our order was wrong.
The atmosphere was obnoxious… music was so loud, manager was talking to everyone aggressively.
I like Jersey Mike’s, but I won’t go back to this one.

They really skimp on the meat. Friendly service. Unfortunately my first visit will be my last. $$

Tried calling in order,rang 10 times then recording that they were unable to answer call. Drove down and store had no customers and phone not ringing. Not a good first impression. Sandwich was grilled fresh. Ingredients appeared to be measured portions. Giant sandwich was more like a large. Sandwich cost $21+ (including tax). Mind you this is just the Sandwich and not a combo. Overpriced for what you get.
