We ordered through Grub Hub, but Jersey Mike's nonetheless. I ordered a mini roast beef. The bread was fresh was the meat was cook just right. I LOVE Mayo and I think the person who made my sandwich must have known. One of my best sandwiches to date. My husband ordered a #6 Original. His sandwich was consistent with mine. Nice fresh bread and fresh meat as well. We will be back! I can't comment on ambiance and service since I didn't go into the store. But my past visits to this location have found it clean and like a deli sandwich shop.

The sandwiches are good, but the service at this location is unbelievably bad. They have a poor assembly line process that has screwed up my order the past three times I've been. It's become laughable with my wife and I. I hope the manager sees this review and has a better way to organize his employees. It's like they're all working their first day on the job, but I recognize all of them from past visits.

Tonight Julian made the best chipotle chicken bowl I have ever had from here!!! I always request extra onions and peppers, but several times they have forgotten (usually it's when they're really busy). He made sure to tell me they were in there when he was finishing up. Everyone is always super polite at that location and I know that they get very busy, but Julian put that extra special touch and it was very appreciated.

I love this store and their sandwiches but I was grossed out by the appearance of some of the guys preparing my sandwiches today. My main complaint is the guy with the curly hair that poofs out about 4 inches from his head with crumbs in his hair. All I could think about was that someone is going to end up with some of those crumbs in their sandwich or some of that dirty, curly hair. I thought hair nets were required by the department of health for hair like that!! Also, his hair was so big his hat barely fit on his head.

I came here on a Saturday evening and the worker was very helpful and welcoming. I didn't get his name but he was Asian. He was very accommodating and answered any questions that we had. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

I came to Jersey Mike's today because of their double points. This shop is conveniently located walking distance from my house. I ordered a number seven, turkey and provolone w/o onion with red pepper spread but when I got home, the sandwich that I opened up, was a tuna with onion. I was highly disappointed. Unfortunately, I had a medical appointment that I needed to get to so I wasn't able to go back to the shop right away. I did leave leave a voicemail but who knows if I'll get a phone call back. This mistake, disappointed two customers, me, and the person that received my sandwich. Update: I called the store and Tristan told me to either come in and get another sandwich or he could take my phone number and give me a credit for my next sandwich. Apparently, the customer who received my original sandwich ate at the shop so they knew immediately of the mixup. I'm happy with the outcome, great customer services!

The crew working here today is just so slow, customer service is terrible. This is the 3rd time i've been to this location and every time it take 20 min or more to get my sandwich. I waked in and there was inly one person ahead of me and it still took that long.

i visited here yesterday (7/16). i had ordered 2 giants, 1CA club on white and a 26 on white. the man who took my order wrote a hot sub ticket but he had wrote WW and wrote a regular i had to correct him and tell him a giant 26 on white. he handed back the ticket thinking maybe they write WW for white at this store. i went down to the register to pay and no one knew what i had and i had to tell the girl at the register who gave me a dirty look when i had told her. i used to be an assistant manager at jersey mikes for 3 years so i was trying to be help ful since i know it can be stressful. i asked to pay for the 2 giants separately because i had points for my birthday. they told me i could not do that when i have never heard of that. the fine print is you can only redeem 144 points per ONE transaction. i have been saving my points to be able to do this. i have never been told this was not allowed and my account would be locked if i has done a separate transaction. i looked on the jersey mikes website in case they had updated terms and conditions but this wasn't the case it stated what i have previously said. they had to ask whoever was in charge and she was like no you can't do that and had to have one of the other team members tell me. the other crew members working seemed to be new because none of them knew what was really going on. we received our sandwiches and went to the beach to where my husbands sandwich was on wheat bread. i know it seems to be picky about bread but my husband is picky and i had to say multiple times on white bread which it was still on wheat. i would have called back but we live over an hour away and we had plans for the day and could not go back. my husband works 6 days a week and i felt very bad because its his one day to enjoy his day and have good food. just the overall experience of everyone was not fun, no one was bantering, everyone was looking down and standing in one place. i love jersey mikes and i love their food but this store let me down and it was my birthday. :( i will say the CA club i got was very good.

Jersey Mike's sub, let me tell you, their subs are a complete disappointment. They're substandard in every possible way: the flavors are bland, the quality of meat is bleh, doesn't taste fresh at all, the presentation is a joke, and don't even get me started on how their cashiers talk and respond to me. It's infuriating! I am absolutely livid and disgusted. I swear, I am never setting foot in this location or any of their other branches ever again. There are plenty of other places that offer far superior quality subs that are bursting with flavor. Trust me, you'd be better off avoiding Jersey Mike's altogether.

Canceled my completely valid order or 2 sandwiches last minute due to “lack of inventory”. Refused to replace for any other sandwich. Makes 0 sense.

This review is about the customer service I received today at this store and about the particular cashier on the first register at 2:15pm on 6/10/2023. I never feel that much racist before just come and pick it up my order online from Postmates. I got to the store, I got in line as usual. I am the first one in line at the pick up window, yet he chose the person behind me to ask for her order, it's ok, but then he continues ignore my existence, and keep serve other customers, but me, while I am standing in front of him, and I realize I am the only Asian in the store at the moment. Sorry I had to raise my voice to let him know hey I am waiting too. This is my first time buying at Jersey Mike, and I don't think I would come back ever again. So rude!

it's a shame Yelp does not allow us to give 0 stars. I initially put in my order through door dash, waited an hour for it be completed, came into the store to pickup, just to be told all door dash orders were canceled. I understood & had no issue proceeding to still get my order at the restaurant. I proceeded to order to dine in & paid in full for my order. As I'm sitting down with my son another person came in attempting to pick up his door dash order in which it was canceled too. Michelle the employee insisted she'd make his order if he'd like at no cost even after he tells her that it'll be 2 subs. This man just minutes after encountering the same issue I did, receives his food for free for the inconvenience. Larry the employee even insists on giving him a free drink too but the man declines on that & proceeds to pay $3 & change. I guess I wasn't inconvenienced nor worthy of the same treatment this man received when we both had the same issue & same order (2 subs & 1 drink) literally minutes apart. A big F you to Michelle and Larry for doing this right in front of my son & I.
