Kappo Honda 割烹本多

I have been coming here for a while now and have to say that this is consistently good and the staff are friendly and very nice! The food is incredibly delicious and I always bring family and friends here when they visit. Thank you Kappo Honda for everything!

I really miss the negiyaki here they're not serving it anymore

I’ve been here once before, but apparently I didn’t know what I was ordering. Go with someone who knows the cuisine!

I’m not entirely sure which skewers we got. But from what I can remember: the quail eggs were fire. The dumplings were tasty. The sashimi was like butter melting in my mouth. The oysters were exquisite. The sake soothed the palate. And I even enjoyed the okra, although I’m normally not a fan. I’ll be back and actually pay attention to what we order next time.

They've got some good dishes, but didn't really find anything outstanding. The handrolls are decent.

Was recommended this place from a friend when I was visiting. Fantastic place to get your sushi on and other Japanese favorites. Sushi is reasonably priced as well as the skewers. I will be back

This place is classic. I've been coming here for over 10+years. The food is always great. The wait can be much sometimes for a larger group but for a dinner for two, the wait isn't too bad. Staff is very nice. Yakitori is legit. You can't go wrong with anything here tbh.

My mission this year is to introduce new cuisines to my parents and I have to say- this is an amazing location to visit! Claire was wonderful, patient and so helpful as we tried to navigate the menu. The dishes were so good and we loved trying all the skewers and small dishes. We will definitely be coming back! My parents were very impressed and enjoyed all the dishes as well. A local favorite. The service is excellent as is the food! Come around dinnertime on the weekends and expect a bit of a wait if you don't make a reservation, this place is popular! Once you step inside, you get a sense that you're in little Tokyo, the atmosphere feels authentic with tasteful decor that sets a romantic mood. Enjoy!

Delicious food 🍲 i”m in the neighborhood tinting windows and after work I like to come here for dinner, light meal with great price is the missô soup with house salad, good choice for vegans that meal.
