Best overall Bannai location in my personal opinion. Best balance between Cha-shu and Ramen, Kara-age very crispy, rice just right. Will give 100%Parking: Very large lot, never had a problem in this location.

This is a great ramen spot. I randomly stopped here in between meetings and I'm so glad I discovered this place. So many great options to choose from. Top of my list

I really wanted ramen but all their ramen is pork and they don't have any chicken ramen and no chicken broth, I had the fried chicken appetizer very bland, and huge pieces of chicken You need a knife and a fork and the rice was half way full the bowl it wasn't even a full bowl of rice that I paid $3 for it was a half a bowl other than that may try it one more time This is the second time I've been there and then again may not. Kappo Honda has a soup with chicken broth and their deep fried chicken is much better more flavor,

The downside was the restaurant lowered its AC too much that made 1 of my charsiu buns become a little hardened. So, you have to eat the buns while it's still hot. Please open another branch in Gaithersburg, MD as it needs 1 of the authentic ramen spots like Kitakata Bannai.

This may be a ramen place, but my favorite dish here is the Chicken Katsu Curry. The chicken is crispy and flavorful. The rice compliments the savory curry sauce, and it’s the perfect size portion. We also love pairing it off with Spicy Edamame. It’s topped with fried garlic chips and chili oil. Definitely like this location over the one in Buena Park - it has better parking and more space inside. Keep in mind it is HIGHLY recommended to add yourself on the waitlist in Yelp, since they’ll make you do it when you arrive anyways.

Service is good. But several months ago they changed their recipes. The broth is not as defined or dense. and the broth has more salt.

Kitakata consistently provides delicious Ramen with the perfect noodles.

Ramen and Curry plate are sooo yummy! Lots to choose from! They charge for tea but don't refill your hot water - my only letdown.

Friendly and well trained waiting staff, good food served at great speed. Clean and tidy place. Not much more to ask for.

Got the kitakata with, Season tofu topping tasted sour/left out too long. The ramen texture was really spongy and chewy but other then that, it tasted like cup ramen. Really nice servers but nothing special about the food.
Went for some hot, delicious Ramen on a cold rainy night with the family. Family-friendly restaurant with many tables and a bar seating area with great service. Highly recommend the ramen.

This place is awesome. We usually go to the Costa Mesa location but this location is much larger and has tons more parking. Food is the same as other location. We had no issues with service. Highly recommend Kitakata. One thing to add and its super random but it is fricken cold inside this joint so take something to cover up with ?Parking: Plenty of space to park since in a business area.

A detour from our route but so worth it.. The broth is so delicate and full of flavor, the toro chashu tender and delicious and the noodles… o my Gosh so soft and crisp.. loved it ..
