Not worth it. Not really craft ramen either. What’s crafted is the idea that it’s authentic. I’ve had better ramen for cheaper. This place is a money grab for those who can’t distinguish culture. I regret spending money here to eat some half made ramen.

The broth lacks depth and richness. It has some flavor, but it’s more bland. I tried my friend’s spicy miso and its got a weird sour nutty taste. I’ve eaten spicy miso hella times… and it wasn’t enjoyable. I got the black garlic and it was too light for my taste. If you have white people taste buds this is the place to go. If you want real taste, yeah no. Additionally, they have Tom Yum Ramen which is a thailand dish. Yes the sour seafood soup kind. Whoever these folks are… they needa refocus their menu.

It’s cool they do unlimited noodles though. They’re not special noodles just run of the mill chow mein style egg noodles. Exciting right. Real ramen places give you the option for richness and noodle doneness.

But what’s even better than unoriginal noodles is that you are made to wait forever to order, receive food, get water, to pay, and even get togo. When it takes so long that you have to grab the togo box yourself… I can’t say it’s great service. At least the guy offered a bag on the way out. Last minute consciousness hit him. If it’s that bad during lunch , imagine getting service during dinner?

Maybe if they stop cheaping out on the recipe and cheaping out on hiring workers, things would be more worth it.

Anyway, I’m not gonna insult my expectations of good service nor my tastebuds again. Save your $16. I sure would’ve.

A delicious lunch spot. Ramen broth was cooked to perfection. Protein was sliced very thinly, and noodles were lack luster. The noodles were a bit chewy like Chinese noodles.

Our server was great during a crazy busy Friday night dinner service before Christmas.

All of the food tasted great and we're good portions. The seafood tom yum ramen was SO good!!!

Parking: If you're willing to walk just a little, there is plenty of parking. But if you insist on parking right up front, you'll have a harder time.

Broth was bland. We ordered 5 ramen but only got enough broth for one. Take out wait time was longer than normal.

The service of Kei Concepts' restaurants is always top-notch so there is no complain about that, and of course, long waiting line too. The food is good but I think there were too much MSG that made me really thirsty after eating here. The Truffle Salmon Crudo was good since I like the sauce. I would recommend order the Seafood Tom Kha Ramen over the Chashu Tom Kha Ramen because the soup taste so much better for the seafood one.
I wouldn't recommend Stir-fried Spicy Intestine Udon because it was oily and just doesn't taste good in my opinion, perhaps I was too full after eating all other dishes as the Udon came in last.
Overall, was a good experience.

Came for a 2nd visit and still have to say the ramen and the broth is great. It's quite minimal if you order just the entree by itself, you should add toppings to it otherwise it is just noodle 2 slices of pork and a tiny amount of bean sprouts. I decided to be adventurous and tried the beef tongue udon soup and I immediately regretted it, it was quite difficult to finish and I didn't like it at all- the broth was very unusual and didn't go with the beef. I would stick to the ramen and sushi. It's also kid friendly. There is booth seating and restrooms are clean and plenty of parking.

One of the best food experiences I've had in a very long time. Not enough room to describe how amazing the food and service is here. Promise, you won't regret it.

Yo! hands down the best izakaya I’ve hit up recently! 🤩

The food and the prices—literally no complaints!!everything was on point. But fr, the staff? Super friendly like they gotta be getting some next-level customer service training or something. Even the kitchen crew was laughing and vibing while working love that energy. ✨

Such a good vibe overall and get this—FREE noodle refills with the ramen?! Mind blown. 🔥

Tasty food and awesome atmosphere. Great quality offerings at an affordable price. I ordered the fried rice and was very happy with the food. The atmosphere is sleek and modern, however the seating could be more comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I hope to come back and try the sushi.

My son and I both had the tonkotsu ramen last night and today we both had bad diarrhea. The tonkotsu ramen was the only thing we ate that was the same. Every other meal (elsewhere), we ordered different things. Not a good experience. I'm guessing the bean sprouts must have been full of bad bacteria. Yuck.
