They keep taking out the best food out of their menu! The branzino fish and steak is not listed in the menu anymore which I like the most!

Food was delicious! We ordered crab toast, shrimp fried rice, pork belly rice bowl, curry crab omelette. It was a super busy Saturday lunchtime, above average noise level and food took a little time. I told our server, Brandon, that my son cannot eat anything spicy. I didn't notice when our food came out that my son's fried rice had chili flakes on top. Brandon checked up on us and immediately saw this. He apologized and tool the food back to the kitchen. It was given priority and it did not long to come out. I appreciate his concern and good service.

Our server was amazing, but we had requested a booth and was told none were available despite several being open. The host/manager explained that they were closing off the other seating area to prepare for dinner, but then several parties that arrived after us were seated in the very booths we requested. Left a bad impression of differential treatment/discrimination.

Of all the Kei Concept locations, this Nep in Fountain Valley is my favorite. The cooking is always consistent. The service by the lead waiter David is impressive. The manager Dylan leads by example. They really care about the clients. It shows. Thank you again guys!

As I experienced, the service at NEP is outstanding and amazing. Our server was dedicated and attentive. However, the inside space would be a quite noisy for those who want quiet atmosphere. Personally, the food was not as good as I expected, we ordered a Xoi Man, a Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao, and a Crab Salted Egg York Pasta, both the BMC and XM taste quite too sweet for me, and the pasta is not savory enough and does not taste “salted egg” enough, maybe because I am a picky eater. Overall, it is a good spot for a brunch with friends and family.

I had a reservation at 10:45 am, everyone was there, I went to check in with the hostess and he said to wait, that they were getting the table ready, 10 minutes later we were still waiting to be seated. We ordered food and was delivered separate, so everyone has to wait until we got our food. The waitress never checked on us to see if the food was good. Not coming back again.
Food was good as usual, service was a bit lacking, can't count on the many of the same menu items being there when you come back as the menu changes frequently

The food was really good. My parents are very picky eaters and rarely eat out (mostly because of their different tastes), but we enjoyed our time and food here. We will come back many times.

The egg yolk pasta was amazing, the noodles were thick and perfect, wontons were nice and savory. Did not get to try any drinks but had to get some of the mango sticky rice 😋

All the food we had was very good!! Drinks were also tasty. Our server was attentive. Definitely worth the hype. It's very noisy though, so be prepared to talk loud when you're sitting down.
