I had to come change my review. During todays visit, Ivette counted piece by piece the amount of pieces she put on my plate. Its unreasonable the little amount of food I got on my plate. I eat panda often from different locations, so its so obvious that I didnt get a fair serving today.

Ordered on the app, arrived 5 minutes before my pickup at, waited 20+ minutes. Left to go pickup my dad's food at another restaurant cause his food will get cold. Surrounded by angry customers who keep trying to cut in line to the front and ask if their food is ready yet. the online customers formed a queue but it doesn't matter. Walk in customers get their food first. In and out in less than 5 minutes if you don't order online.

I used to eat at Panda Express 2–3 times a week, but the quality has absolutely fallen off a cliff. The food has turned into absolute garbage: mostly breading, “mystery meat,” and what little meat there is is tougher to chew than beef jerky. I can’t believe this chain has sacrificed so much quality for profits—it’s destroying its own reputation.

They don’t make food fresh anymore. Everything tastes frozen, over-breaded, with hardly any real meat. What used to be flavorful and enjoyable has become inedible—I actually threw out half my meal today because I just couldn’t eat it.

So disappointing to see a place I once loved deteriorate like this.

Chill staff and great food. Atmosphere is very nice, inside is mostly clean and plenty of seating. Food come out very quickly.

I don’t usually review fast food but this place is the most dialed Panda I’ve ever visited; packed, busy as can be and everything is still fresh well made and entire place is clean. 👏
