We went looking for some good pho on a work trip to California and man, this place did not disappoint. The balance of spices and broth was so rich (bone broth done right!) Temperature was hot, like it should be and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp. We also got the shrimp rolls which were very good and cooked to perfection. We talked with the owner for a few minutes and he was so nice and friendly. What a great experience! Don’t slow down on your way to eat here,...
