This is the go-to place for Hainanese Chicken Rice. I have been there a few times and the meat was always tender, and the rice fragrant. Other menu items are good too, and so was the service. The location is in the same block as Costco Fountain Valley but on the other end of the huge parking lot, so parking has been easy even on the weekends.
The other Hainanese chicken rice places in Irvine and Tustin are no match to Pho Nic.

This is one of under the radar gems for Pho in Orange County. Just in a rather non-descript strip mall with Costco nearby. The Pho is just superb. Beautiful broth - rich and balanced, noodles were cooked perfectly with the right level of chewiness. The meat is very abundant and the price can not be beat... The Pho Nic choice - included a full, super meaty rib in addition to all the usual cuts. Great & fast service
