I ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle (which consisted of pizza, wings, and breadsticks), extra wings, and a 2-liter bottle of Diet Pepsi. Not only did they send regular Pepsi instead, but they also did not send ANY of the wings I ordered. When I called to try to resolve the issue, they refused to offer me a refund.

Unless you want your order to be screwed up, don't give these people a penny.

Pizza is always good, only issue i had was when a delivery driver (doordash) took off and didn't even pick up the pizza but the employees were super helpful and helped make sure I got my food.

Horrible. I ordered a large double pepperoni, regular crust pizza that was as thin as cardboard, no joke. Dry as a cracker. Sauce and cheese dried up. Like it was in a warmer all day for a week. It was not cheap either, $26. Don't order from here!

They never answer the phone

The pizza was old and looked like someone threw it in the box. Came cold and was burnt on the edges so disgusting! My kids and I did not eat it. The breadsticks were hard and had absolutely no seasoning on them they're dry ! Do not order pizza hut! They charged me $49.23 and tired $5 bucks for crap old food! Late by door dash and absolutely cold and disgusting! They do t even deserve a star

I came in to buy 2 stuffed crust pies which were very expensive and the owner or manager is very arrogant rude middle aged overweight man. He makes everything feel very rushed like he doesn't have time for your pizza because he's making all these pizzas for everybody as a public service, for hungry children. For a price he will but he's very arrogant. I bought those pizzas for 3 homeless people. He kept making fun of me in spanish and said I was on drugs and going to pass out because the way I was sitting. Then he made fun of the way I paid, which was EBT, and not cash. So the implication is he thought I was showing off when I was feeding homeless people with my welfare money. I'm writing a letter to the CEO. They will listen.

Fast / affordable "HOT"

As always, Pizza Hut is one of the best restaurants. Only the day I went to that specific place I felt a little discrimination from the workers and I didn't really like the service, but from then on everything else was perfect.

I was happy with my order, it was national pizza day, it was supposed to be $7.00 an item. I got a medium 1 topping for $9.00, the wings were $8.00, which was fine, it's California so I guess it's expected. It was actually the best pizza hut experience I had in the last several years, unfortunately they use door dash to deliver, door dash drivers seem to not be able to find my business, nor able to communicate in English so that's a different experience all by itself.

Kept changing the price over the phone.

HIDDEN FEES and overly priced for mediocre food. Support mom and pop businesses if you’re gonna pay this much.My friends and I ordered a Large Hawaiian pizza and 18 wings for delivery. After the order, taxes and delivery fee the total came out to just under $75; however, when on the phone and placing my order I was told the order would be $53 and some change after taxes. I was never once told about the ridiculous HIDDEN FEES such as the delivery fee and whatever else they tack on. Driver came to my door and didn’t offer me any receipt or anything of the sort even to sign. Convenient when you want to drive up prices on NFL Sunday.Called to get a copy of my receipt and the worker told me their computer was extremely slow and couldn’t send emails. Really? Y’all don’t communicate with corporate via emails and online communication? But hey they offered to fax it. Ridiculous.The affordable and quality Pizza Hut of the 90’s is gone my friends.
