I really like the spin on fusion and Poke at this restaurant. The fish is really fresh and tasty. Serving are generous. Poke burritos are easy to gift and people love then. For sure try it again. Can easily see ut from Brookhurst street on the north west side.

Poke bowl was huge! Even the regular size is piled high with all the toppings. They're not stingy here. Staff is so kind and courteous. Come try this place!

Wow, is all I have to say. Came here on a whim, and bam. This place is so good. I loved their sushi burrito. The options, and the spicy tuna super good and worth it. Only thing is a little slow to make, because the same cashier was the chef. Felt bad that she was working hard all alone with three different groups of customers at once.

Wanted a quick bite to eat before a work out. Sushi burrito sounded like it would hit the spot. The star was the spam fries, so delicious!! Highly recommend heading here and trying it out.

Great food, with a good portion size. Sad the sushi donut is now pre-order only but will definitely get the tray next time.

Some Fish was chewy. Even though I asked for a lot of sauces, the bowl still seemed flavorless. It was ok.

Awesome spot for fresh Poke! Peter was one of the servers and he made an awesome bowl for me! Great vibe overall and stellar service! He even applied my military discount without me having to ask him, it was the nicest gesture to do so! Definetly worth grabbing a meal here

I have come here quite often for the past few years. Their quality has always been amazing, the people working make sure you get through quickly. Their bowls are amazing and the portions are great. They don't skimp out on anything and you get what you're paying for.

Disorganized place with no bathroom for customers. Few seats at counter inside and one outside. Unappealing at best! Hula burger at a poke place was good but expensive at $16.

This place used to be my go-to place for lunch, but recently, the quality has gone down quite a bit. The fish today tastes really fishy and the portion is small. I BARELY getting any mixed greens in my bowl. I guess this is the end of Project Poke for me. :(

I go to Project Poke for their satisfactory portions and nice variety of toppings. Of course it's not authentic poke, but I like it better than most places. It's in a convenient location with relatively quick service. A regular bowl with three scoops is just under $16 now, but the portion is definitely enough to make you full. The burning mayo sauce that they have is really good. Project Poke seems to offer more toppings than most places. I wish they didn't charge for tamago or masago, but there's plenty more to choose from. I get corn, edamame, seaweed salad, crab meat, and dry toppings like crispy onion and wontons. Overall a really good spot for poke.

Was just ok. The sushi doughnut get all the hype, but you have to preorder and they are $100. The poke burrito was ok.Friendly staff though.
