I was having a really tough day and couldn’t help myself from silently crying. I walked over to Qargo, with my face red and swollen, and ordered a latte to cheer myself up. Honestly didn’t even notice the cute message left by the employee until after I left but it definitely made me feel better. She even brought the drink to me as I waited outside. Thank you to this sweet employee who went the extra mile. I wish I caught her name but I definitely will be back to thank her in person one day 🩷

I’m convinced that part of their training when a customer walks up is to just stare at you. No greeting, no “I’m ready when you are,” not even a “yea?” If you want coffee expect to wait. I have gone at open, 8 and 9a and they never have coffee ready. But at least it’s fresh and it’s good. Other than the Gen Z stare, pretty good place 👍🏾

What a nice surprise. They have an area for luggage if you need to store for a bit. The coffee was excellent and the two employees were great!

Poor/slow service. Had to request food to be reheated/undercooked. One sandwich was completely wrong even though the receipt reflected the item ordered and we had to repeat 5 times and pointed to the item being ordered. Would not recommend.

The variety of drinks were okay. The lady barista with glasses made a minor mistake with our order the first time but it was no problem, she was able to remake it but what the problem was that she got angry and didn’t bother hiding it which ruined the atmosphere and experience for me.

Came here to do some work while waiting for my daughter to finish her assessment. Ordered a pesto with mozzarella sandwich to eat for lunch. They didn’t have tomatoes so not a complete caprese sandwich. I requested an additional egg. Sandwich came out good. 👍 I also got their berry burst fusion lotus smoothie and their golden latte (salted caramel + butterscotch latte) to pair with my sandwich. The lotus drink was great! I love it. Feels so healthy :) the golden latte was strong! I got oat milk with it so maybe that’s why the coffee taste punch :) I can’t taste the butterscotch much and the salted caramel did not have salted flavor but just caramel mostly. Still good though.

Got an iced White Rose Latte and an iced Caffe Latte (no alternations). Both weren't great. The Caffe Latte was overly milky and watery, while the Rose Latte was initially alright at first but overly syrupy as I continued to drink it. If I revisit, I would not purchase the same drinks again. Staff seemed very off putting.
Everything is great but opening time on Mondays is always 20 minutes late. The guy opening is never on time. Otherwise coffee and service great. Sometimes a little bit of a wait.
