Over the past few years I’ve been a local and frequently coming to this place with my family to eat. I was surprised on how the quality of food has gone down, for example the “Bún bò Huế”dish, not only that the prices has been raised by a whole lot.
Best Banh Xeo in OC hands down.
And near best I’ve ever had. Travelled all over and the batter is magic. Suggest getting the seafood (scallops and calamari) with pork added. Best combo and they should add it to the menu imo.
Tried many of the other items in the menu but keep coming back to the ban xeo. It’s certainly their speciality.

* Special Banh Xeo with shrimp, pork, and squid 5/5 - They're known for their banh xeo and I can see why. The banh xeo was huge. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There was also a charred flavor and texture that enhanced the taste. There was a good amount of toppings. The accompanying sauce was also very good.
