Go here quite a bit, pretty decent spot for sushi, slightly higher on the price range. The place is actually a little run down. Service is always stellar. And the drinks come with HOSPITAL ICE!!! Greatly underrated thing to have! Only reason I’m giving the food a 5 is for the ice.

I have now been to the restaurant twice. Visit 1 the food was ok. Not bad and not good. It was fine. We were sat and then 5 mins in we were told we needed to be moved.
Tonight was the 2nd time. We walked in (my 16 month old daughter in my arms and just myself) and I immediately put us on the yelp wait list. Nobody was ahead of us. Two ladies walked up and were immediately sat (I heard them say they didn’t have a reservation). I let the staff know, Very politely, that we had arrived first. They apologies and said they would clear a table. A party of 4 walked in and were sat at the table they had cleared “for us”. They also said they didn’t have a reservation.
I ended up just walking out, as that was the last table that would allow for a high chair, and the only free table has a chair removed from it with a party of 5 occupying the chair and the space required to be seated.

Service was prompt, courteous, and good. My only two complaints is that they kept trying to serve me items I hadn’t ordered and the oyster shooter gave me horrible food poisoning. I loved the sushi and edamame, though.

Not sure how this place rates a 4.5.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl last week through DoorDash and the chicken was literally tough and like leather. I don't know when this would ever be acceptable.
Would not even feed that to my dog. I actually found it disgraceful that they would pass that off as edible!
The only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 was because my California roll and tamago were decent.

The check-out PoS service “restaurantlogin” for online ordering is horrible. I enjoy eating out at this location, but ordering online is a nightmare if you don’t go through grubhub or DoorDash. I hope Satoshi changes their online ordering user experience.

My favorite is the triple tuna sushi ? I think it's yummy enough to eat everyday. In fact I loved it so much I ate it every day this week. ?
Wow!!! Very friendly service!!! The nigiri was phenomenally fresh; we couldn't stop talking about it the whole way home. Overall, a wonderfully positive experience. Thank you to everyone who worked this evening - We will certainly be recommending this to our friends and relatives.

We are frequent diners here, and it's a great small sushi restaurant. On this visit, I came in on a Friday evening and was happy to be given a spot at the bar even though I didn't have a reservation. I was not aware of the reservation option, so that was why I walked in.
The chefs and servers al all nice, knowledgeable, and get the job done fast and with great customer service.
This time, I was solo, so I ordered the Scallops and Golden eye snapper sushi. The sushi chef notified me that they were out of the golden eye and offered a replacement of black snapper, which she said was similar to red snapper. She said If I knew I'd like red snapper, the black would be good. I appreciate the recommendation and the distinction between the snappers. I do enjoy all snapper, so the replacement offered was perfect.
I also ordered the Pick Me roll (not pictured), which was a tasty roll. I can't wait for my next visit to try their other rolls.

I had to be California roll and the Shrimp prawns. Both were very good!Also impressed with the staff, even though we did takeout and were only in the restaurant briefly, they were all so friendly greeting and saying goodbye. Very welcoming and friendly!
