Starbucks

I had an event and I ordered a traveler for pickup. It was supposed to be ready by 7:30am the next morning. When I got there, they had not started brewing it. They told me to wait 5 minutes. It was not crowded. I had to ask again if it was ready and then they gave it to me 15 minutes late.

The parking lot is a little small. There is some seating inside. It’s a very convenient location near the 405 freeway, which usually makes it crowded.

They know me so well, they prep my order customized with a straw and cup holder.

I asked the barista for the code to the bathroom and she tells me if I purchased something I have stomach problems there's a long line and shes only worried if I purchased something I was going to but I couldn't even use the bathroom never had any issues at any other starbucks why this place unbelievable

If I can give no stars I would. Terrible attitude from the young lady behind the counter. Stopped here to get my coffee fix in. Had to use restroom as well. Asked the young lady for restroom. Ridley responded I needed to buy something first. Well, I am in line, but need to use restroom first. If he looks can kill, she killed me 10 times before I chose to take my business elsewhere. Horrible energy here.

We have always had bad experiences at this Starbucks the first time they gave me the wrong size and then questioned me about it, the second tike they refused to give me a water cup for free claiming I had to purchase something, and lastly they claimed they didn't have any change.

The partners behind the counter wouldn’t give me and my children the code to the bathroom until I ordered something because it was a “new policy”. I was a Starbucks partner for six years and NEVER turned down a woman and children for the bathroom because they didn’t buy a latte first!

I just moved to the area and have been coming to this location daily for over month, sometimes ordering multiple drinks. I placed a mobile order this morning and I always get a Venti iced mocha with 9 pumps and 5 shots of espresso with light ice. I was a bit puzzled When I saw that the cup was halfway full So I asked the barista why I was halfway full and she said it’s because I ordered light ice and then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know if I needed the extra cup room. She was polite, but then she asked me what I wanted her to put in it. I’m guessing milk I don’t know. I don’t make the drinks, but I do know that every time I get them they’re filled up. I guess she put more milk in it, which it came out good and then added the whip cream, I felt that there’s a little bit of sarcasm because who pays nine dollars for a coffee to get it halfway full. I don’t know it just rubbed me the wrong way

My boyfriend works next door and we go to this starbucks almost every day. Abby rudely kicked my boyfriend out while he was waiting for me for our coffee date because she did not believe he had bought food earlier. She came out from around the counter and got in his face and screamed at him to get out. He left because he didn't feel like dealing with her and she followed him out onto the sidewalk and threatened to call the cops on him for trespassing (he was on a public sidewalk). Never will come to this Starbucks again, I am appalled a barista would leave the counter to threaten a customer on the public sidewalk for waiting for someone. Absolutely disgusting and awful behavior.

I was rudely kicked out by ABBY despite spending money here daily for weeks. When I asked for her name so I can report her she flipped out, came out from around from behind the counter, got in my face and screamed you need to get out. She then tried to say she would call the cops on me for being on a public sidewalk outside LOL imbecile. Never been treated so rudely in my life somewhere I have spent money daily
