Ordered the Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Matcha with no customizations and regular Vanilla Matcha. Unfortunately, the protein flavor wasn’t quite my taste. The flavor felt simple, something I could easily recreate at home with my own protein powder so I’ll likely go back to my usual Vanilla Matcha next time.
As for the service, the staff working that day at this location felt a bit off compared to other Starbucks I’ve visited. My questions were answered, but the interaction felt brief and somewhat distant, which made the overall experience less welcoming.

Very disappointed of this location for long time was one of my favorite but now here on April 24 around 8 am was only one employee working with very angry attitude the second one arrive 8:03 am was a big line the second one looks in bad mood too is 8:20 am I still here I’m afraid to ask anything since both provide a very bad service we took our black coffee both black she was brewed the coffee but she didn’t way to finish to brew and she served we never received a thank you sorry even a smile one the employee was alexi I guess the other one has name tag but hard to see the name but was wearing black lipstick vey bad experience seems look they have differences between them they don’t speak each other which is very unprofessional y very bad service for the customers I didn’t ask for free I paid for it
