took me a long time to get the attention of worker to hand me the food that i had mobile ordered.
Great service
The most upbeat location I have been to in a long time. There’s a lot of people sitting with their coffee talking to each other how Starbucks used to be pre-covid it’s very nice to see. Wish they had more sandwich choices so far the busiest and friendliest location I have been to in a long time. 🌿

The tall male barista was really slow but I think he might have been new. He made my drink really well. Was so adorable to watch him and the dark curly haired barista flirting. Hope that becomes something for them. I'm a sucker for romance 😍

I ordered on July 14 around 11 a.m. The coffee was so good that I just ordered a regular quad espresso with salted caramel cream.
I'm an early bird always do Starbucks but at this store I have to give them a review to keep them up!

My uncle was stereotype by this white guy, not trying to be racial and he was really rude to my uncle. My uncle was trying to clean the tables because it was dirty. The supervisor was nice enough to clean one of the tables.
I have never encountered more disgusting service

Worst Starbucks ever. All their drinks are watered down and bland at this location!! The store looks unkept and dirty too. They also play TWO loud music at the same time, absolutely ridiculous. The ONLY plus is the location and seating, period!
Starbucks is a reliable spot for a quick coffee fix, but it’s nothing extraordinary. The drinks are consistent, so you know what you’re getting no matter which location you visit. The quality is decent, though not exceptional, especially given the price.
Service depends on the time of day—during rush hours, expect long lines and some mix-ups with orders. The staff is usually friendly, but they’re often busy, so interactions can feel a bit rushed.
The ambiance is nice for a quick sit-down, but finding a seat can be challenging, especially in smaller stores. The Wi-Fi is a plus for remote work, though sometimes it’s slow.
Overall, Starbucks is a solid choice if you need a familiar cup of coffee or a quick snack, but it’s not the best value compared to local cafés.
Love the Chai Tea Latte. Service isn't always that quick, and I call my order in. It depends on how well they are staffed.
i ordered a tall iced beverage and asked for light ice. they gave me extra ice. employees should be able to read and accomodate any modifications that i make for the order that was literally put on the reciept.
I went to Starbucks today this location to try their new ceramic cup and refill policy, hoping to reduce waste by avoiding a paper cup. When I ordered my coffee, I expected it to be served in a ceramic cup as part of their sustainability initiative.
Here’s where the problem started: When I went back to the counter for a refill, they asked for a sticker that was supposed to be on the cup. However, the barista who initially served me forgot to place the sticker, and I had no idea it was required. Despite the original barista recognizing me and confirming my purchase, the store still refused my refill, claiming that I could have reused someone else’s cup. Instead of resolving the issue, they ask me to leave.
Honestly, this was the worst customer service I’ve experience at a chain coffee shop. I think it’s time to support local, independent coffee shops instead - a stronger sense of community.
