The "new" subway tasted the same to me. I've always been a fan of subway. Never disappoints.

JUST BE HONEST! 7/29/2021 9:30am. My mobile order was a footlong sub extra toasted with less mayo and some veggies. Upon arrival at the store and immediately tipping the tip box before my order was handed to me, the lady working was finishing up building my sandwich. I noticed that she was scraping some white sauce off the top of my sandwich and thought that perhaps she put too much mayo so I took a look and noticed that the white sauce looked very watery. I asked her if that was ranch and she said "no" and that it looked watery because my order was extra toasted and it had melted the mayo. Usually the mayo is applied at the beginning of the sandwich stage not on top of the veggies like it was here but I didn't think much about it. When I arrived at my office 20 minutes later I took a bite and was confronted with the tart and sour flavor of ranch. Sigh. Why couldn't she just have been honest with me at the store and said she accidentally put on ranch and that she'd make me a new one? We all make mistakes, I get it. I wouldn't have been mad or angry to have to wait a few more minutes for a correction. So I had to drive al the way back and advise her of my findings. Upon my return, she still insisted that it wasn't ranch and that my taste buds were off. LOL. I eat this same sandwich almost every day and know how it's supposed to taste and look. Hesitantly she eventually made me a new one but this whole fiasco could have saved me time and her more embarrassment had she just BEEN HONEST!

Terrible staff, would rate 0 stars if I could. There was not enough staff, they were lazy, messed up the order I called and were still working in even though I order 30 minutes before I picked it up and I only ordered 2 sandwiches. The staff was rude and kept taking off their masks and not social distancing. I was completely appalled. I was disappointed when I got home to see they had forgotten the vegetables on one of my sandwiches. They need new, more and younger staff that will actually want to work.
Come here for lunch with my girls every so often. The girls are always nice and great customer service. I used to order my sandwich a certain way but one of the girls advice me on a new way she could prep it and man, it was good! I'll update my review with their names later!!

Ordered online for steak egg and cheese and instead got bacon, no steak. Completely wrong order. Now I have to go back and get it done right. Subway sucks!
