This morning I arrived and found a lady, who I think is Mexican because she doesn't speak English well, and she treated me very poorly, in a bad mood, and almost shouting, what bad service... that lady got up today from Bad, We as clients are not to blame for the problems they have, work is work and that's it, they should get those bad-tempered employees like this lady out of work. Because just as my hunger went away, there may be more clients that this lady is going to serve like this, and that is a loss for the company.

I recently visited the Subway at Promenade shopping center under new management and was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes. My choice for the day was the oven-roasted turkey sandwich, and I must say I was pleased to witness the preparation process. The ingredients were fresh, and the turkey was perfectly roasted, contributing to a delicious and satisfying meal.The dining area and service counters were clean, creating a hygienic environment. Despite the restaurant being busy during lunch hours, the service was quick and staffs are invested in customer service. This is a significant improvement from my previous experiences, and it reflects the new management's commitment to enhancing the customer experience.My overall experience was satisfactory and I look forward to returning to enjoy more delicious meals in the future.

Terrible service by Yolanda, we went in to get sandwiches with our kids and she went out of her way to be rude. We asked her for a utensil and she answered with "you have to wait, I don't have a lot of hands" ok... I understand that she could've said "one moment..." but NO. Then she was being impatient with my son when he was ordering his sandwich... terrible service!!! Management needs to replace her!

Came here on thanksgiving and we were quickly served. Owner of the shop is one of the nicest fast food worker I’ve ever met. He has a lot of patience and will help accommodate you. The sandwiches are great at an amazing price as well. 10/10 recommend this location over any other!

When you walk in this place it looks very clean and staff is very kind. The food is not the best, though. The spinach and lettuce were brown(old)and slimy. I asked to get lettuce from the back that wasnt brown which the employee was kind enough to do so but unfortunetly he said it was all the same.
I have to say, my recent experience at Subway was made extra special thanks to the phenomenal service provided by Mason. Even though they were closing soon, he went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic meal. When I was unsure about what to order, Mason offered a range of recommendations and was knowledgeable about the ingredients, always making sure to clarify any dietary concerns. I took his recommendation on a sandwich and was not disappointed! The sandwich was absolutely delicious, and I could tell it was prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. What really made this experience stand out to me was the level of attentiveness and care Mason provided, especially since I came in so close to closing time. He made sure I was satisfied with my meal, without making me feel rushed or pushed to leave. It's rare to find excellent service at any Subway these days, but Mason truly went above and beyond, showing genuine care for his customers and his work. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this Subway location, and I urge you to seek out Mason for his exceptional service and expertise. Thank you so much, Mason!

Subway location on Brookhurst & Ellis. In the Ralphs shopping center. I asked if they had Pomegranate Limeade in the back room. I see 2 options in the drink dispenser but they were other flavors. Not all Subway locations carry drink dispensers, agua frescas, flavored lemonades & other fruit drinks aside from the fountain machine.This grumpy short mexican lady about 50 years old came out. Barely speaks any English says no in a condescending, rude, mean, unhelpful way. The WRONG person to be working anywhere. Who hired this dumbass? A good manager would never hire this type of person with a shitty, unfriendly, mean attitude with bad customer service. Went to Chick Fil A and they were the total opposite of her. Worker was welcoming, friendly, nice, happy, with a big smile and great customer service! What a major difference........ lmao.Never stepping foot in this shitty Subway location with shitty workers ever again.

I haven't been here for a while, but I really enjoy getting subway every once in a while.......I got out of the game at an early age......now older I understand what the Pink Floyd song another brick in the wall is all about....well here is to never making it and realizing I made it because I never made it .....and here is a franchise that lost their "big man" and are still doing great......I would get the sub with the veggies only, extra olives and green peppers....no peperchinis...they must have hated making my sub...I always had extra this and none of that and just the right amount of mayo and just the right amount of mustard.....not roasted.........hmm.....you never toast a veggie sub......eating it...first bite I get black olives, green bells and parmesan from the bread....and a combo of mayo and mustard if they made it right.....no.....I always stayed away....just when I was going to get introed I left....not knowing too much has its advantages.......at least this shopping center the kids don't mug you.....some of these stores when I come home I have to take a nap because I got "touched"........hurts like shit....been going on for a long time........these kids don't know what their doing I'd just say to myself..........
