Worst service I’ve had at a subway, the person behind the counter was polite to start and made the food I ordered which was a simple pretzel and chicken and cheese dipper. I asked them if they could warm the cheese in his normal microwave for like 20 sec. as other subways offered the same thing. I get the food with all intentions to enjoy, the food was ice cold, I said this is cold and he gave me the biggest attitude like I was asking for the world. I said feel the bag, it’s not cooked. He just rolled his eye and gave me a stupid attitude saying it’s not my fault. Look, if the food isn’t cooked whether you did it or your oven wasn’t working, you don’t give the customer attitude, apologize and fix without giving the customer crap about it. I’d give 0 stars if I could, I even tipped the person, wished I would have reached in and taken it back!!

Arrived at 8:35pm they said they were closed

Went at 7:30 pm and closed a whole hour and a half early. They close at 9pm.
It closed at 9 which is already early enough, but when we were walking up, a lady said that they were closed even though it was literally 45 minutes before 9. Like what?

This subway deserves 0 stars if I can rate it. Worse customer service, placed an online order and they did not provide the sauces instructed. I travelled to the store to pick them up and was declined the sauces they missed to provide. Do not go to this subway. Wasted money and gas for the worse experience.

I hope the store manager or owner reads this. The mid aged (I think) lady gave me an attitude while we needed more time on bread selections. I had to ask her to be patient. I think she needs more training on customer service. Big room for improvement. Don’t want to go back to this place again.

Just went to get a wrap and found out they are discontinued. I did not purchase anything. Big disappointment.

The lady that was working today on jan 10 at 1 o'clock was so rude, she talk like she wanna fight very unprofessional. I ask for a small cup she was like our machine is down and she can't give I was like I want it for my bottle of spirit then she was like sorry I can't give it I was like I will buy it she sell a water cup for $2.17 the worse employer I ever meet

I used to go to subway frequently but after COVID-19 I got out of the habit. I stopped by this location on December 2nd 2023 at 10:15 a.m. and asked for 30 seconds to look over the menu since I was no longer familiar with it. The lady gave me a displeasurable look like I'm waistjng her valuable time. I asked what the day's special was and she grew impatient and sat we don't have specials anymore. Instead of trying to be helpful she turned and said let me know when you are ready in an inpatient tone. What a great way to welcome back to subway! I just left without buying anything. Who knows when the next time I will try subway.

If you don’t like where you work then find another job. Service is really bad. I don’t recommend this place.
They calculated my foot long subway 10.54$ and I asked why then they fixed 9.54$ as I said I come and bought everyday
I love Subway. You watch them build your sandwich to your personal specifications, on your choice of freshly baked rolls...and, I've worked next door to a Subway, so I know they bake their bread daily, it smells so GOOD!!

It was 8:45 when we brought our food there n we wanted to eat in there but the guy kick us out cause he wanted to Mop and do whatever he gotta do for the clean up… we have 10 min a least to eat there!!!! I regretted the tip I give them…
