The lady that was working today on jan 10 at 1 o'clock was so rude, she talk like she wanna fight very unprofessional. I ask for a small cup she was like our machine is down and she can't give I was like I want it for my bottle of spirit then she was like sorry I can't give it I was like I will buy it she sell a water cup for $2.17 the worse employer I ever meet

I used to go to subway frequently but after COVID-19 I got out of the habit. I stopped by this location on December 2nd 2023 at 10:15 a.m. and asked for 30 seconds to look over the menu since I was no longer familiar with it. The lady gave me a displeasurable look like I'm waistjng her valuable time. I asked what the day's special was and she grew impatient and sat we don't have specials anymore. Instead of trying to be helpful she turned and said let me know when you are ready in an inpatient tone. What a great way to welcome back to subway! I just left without buying anything. Who knows when the next time I will try subway.

If u want the most unwelcoming no smile staff this is ur subway. Wow this place sucks super slow service. Mrs. No smile making the sandwich was like sap dripping from a tree slow. Mrs no smile in the back was a peach once she came out to help finally. The pissed look on her face was awesome. Never going back to this fun festival. What a joke.

this is terrible- they gave me sandwich with undercooked roll-when i brought it back within 10 minutes-would not give me refund and tried to tell me bread was fine-it is not!!!! do not go here!

Subway is a FRAUD, freshly slicing no they are not. When to get a salad and all their meats were prepared sliced. I asked about the freshly slicing and the employee said it was sliced in the shop. Have worked in many delis I looked at their brand new slicer and it has never been used. And then the salad he put whole of meat and cheese and did slice it into pieces. All I can say is I tried it and definitely will be going back to Jersey Mikes.

I went to this subway on Thursday last week and this evening, and both shifts had the best customer service I've ever had at a subway. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. I actually live a little closer to another one but this is officially my go to subway, because of the employees here. Thanks!

They calculated my foot long subway 10.54$ and I asked why then they fixed 9.54$ as I said I come and bought everyday
worst customer service. Employee told me themselves there avocado wasn't good after she just finished Wrapping my sandwich up. Seems like a subway problem. Served Small portions of every side i chose. Unprofessional. Needs more professional training on employees.

I've gone to this subway before because I have training to do for work down the street. I went during my lunch n noticed it was busy which was not a big deal. I noticed a worker was on lunch and came back once the line started to grow. Although I would have liked to get a subway sandwich I noticed the woman never washed her hands. She just went straight to work, she had put gloves on but I was not gonna have her make me my sandwich. I don't know if she had just gone to restroom or what, all I know is she was sitting at the table and then went straight to work. You would think subway would have their employees wash their hands prior to putting their hands on peoples food.

Spicy Italian is always good !! I went with the jalapeño cheddar bread, bread is always fresh as they consistently make new batches. Customer service was also up to par, the employee were amazing and helpful.

This is consistently the best subway I have ever been to. Each time I come here the employees are so friendly, helpful and thorough. I come here with my fiancé and nieces and nephews and every time we leave with the biggest smile on our face. Food is always fresh. We especially love employee Julio!!
