I would have taken a picture of my food, but since I was so hungry 😋 I totally forgot. It was that good that I finished a foot long for the first time. I had a 🐟 tuna subway, and believe me, it was so delicious. They also had good customer service. The lady who helped me out was helpful and nice. I do recommend you try it out and get the same or better experience than me.

Very poor service I’ve given this location a lot of chances but today the service was horrible the manager there on 03/08/2025 was super rude she threw the sandwiches at me for no reason just because I asked how much longer when I had been waiting for over 30 mins. Short and wears glasses and refused to give us the chip's we paid for online!!

I had a frustrating experience at the Subway location recently. An older lady working at night there canceled my order without any explanation and then made me wait for almost an hour. During that time, This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with her; it seems like she's always doing the same thing. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I left feeling very unsatisfied.

We ordered through the app and unfortunately they forgot the cookies & cheese dip. We didn't realize it until later when my bf got home to eat his food. I called and was told that I either had to come in tonight (which was extremely inconvenient) or try to dispute it though the app. I found this unacceptable since this was their mistake. I wanted to come in the next day when it was more convenient but they said it wasn't possible...so my bf had to go and drive all the way back to correct their mistake.

It's the principal of it all. It was just handled very poorly so it was extremely upsetting. No one wants to pay extra for items they never received. Especially in this economy.

I like how ita 24 hours. But if u place online order they give very small portions. Even if you indicate *EXTRA* on specific item. It will not be carried out. The sandwiches are always very light very skinny compared to other locations.
Also when i came to pick up my sandwich, the lady was in the middle of making it. And she took one of the gloves off to help a customer at the register. When she was done, she put a new glove on but only for 1 hand. When i told her to please change the other glove as well, she did but gave me a dirty look.

I came here a few times in the past around midnight and the customer service was decent. I came here tonight at 1:30 and the lady working here was so rude for no reason. I just came up to her to say that I was here for a togo order and that I am not in line to order but she said something like, "I have to make it. You have to wait 15 minutes after placing the order." Excuse me but I actually placed the order a few minutes before entering the store, and I didn't say/imply that I was expecting my order to be ready. Also I didn't know talking to a customer/doing your job is such an inconvenience for you. I understand that you're alone but that's no reason to be so rude. I read some of the reviews of this subway and other people seem to have the same problem with this lady. If she gets paid $20+ an hour, there is no god. Instead of just replying to reviews, the owner should re-train her on a different shift with other employees so she can see what good customer service looks like.

Edit: when I went inside to pick up my food, she asked if I was there for pickup. I said "yes" and she said it was ready. She didn't even ask my name so I asked if the bag I received had two philly subs and she gave me a weirdest look and said "yes" with an attitude like I should have the ability to see through paper and verify that the subs I was holding were indeed the two philly subs that I ordered. Does she have some kind of mental illness or was she raised that way? I am never coming to this place again.

I came in around 3 months ago late at night had the WORSt customer service by The Hispanic lady by the name Griselda or at least that’s what she said her name is. I came back in hope that she wouldn’t be working nights anymore but she’s still here. For anyone coming to this location I recomend coming in before 11pm the other lady’s are a lot more nicer. This lady needs to leave her problems at home and not take out her anger with the customers. As a manager for a restaurant I wouldn’t want be loosing customers and money for the store. Her whole attitude is horrible, when she prepares your sandwich she throws the veggies on the bread!! she seriously hates her job.
