The guy working drive thru tonight was ridiculously rude. He was disrespectful, he would cut me off before I could finish asking a question/ talking. I felt like I was working customer service because I was being more polite than him. As someone who works a similar job I understand it’s not the most fun thing in the world but he was rude out the gate for no reason. Completely ruined my mood. Btw his name was Joshua c

It was a night just get out of work my family and I were craving Taco Bell so we drove to get some we love the supreme tacos we usually always get that paid xtra when I got home and I open them no sour cream I call the restaurant the employee who answered said those are supreme I told him that the first 2 that I open didn’t have any so he star arguing with me and I got the third one and that one had sour cream I ask the employee if I paid for all to be supreme or just some he didn’t answer me at all he just giggled I work on fast food restaurant and I don’t treat my costumers like that this location have horrible costumer service also we got some crunchy gorditas with chicken and we got them with beef they end up in the trash btw his name it’s Joshua c never going back again to this Taco Bell

Definitely need need better management! Didn’t notice my order until I told them. (It’s not even busy) Ice machine has no ice, rude staff, soda was flat, the dining area was dirty, it was freezing cold, and then they get my order wrong. And to top it off? They have no toilet paper.

I like to highly customize the Mexican pizza when I order it and most other locations never really get it just right the way I like it, but this location sure did and I couldn't be more satisfied.
I was there today with some friends and they all ordered thru the kisok. I did it as well but for cash everyone else got there food mine never came . I was ignored other customers were helped . They never asked for my payment nor gave me a update . I'm transgender I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it . However I was never flat out refused service . So I kinda would like them kinda know to treat all customers well regardless of any possible bias they might have .

Wait times are not ideal, but fast food can be that way. The most positive is the employees. No matter what time of day or what I am ordering, or how long I take to make a decision, they are always polite, nice, and such a pleasure. Great job for this TB having wonderful employees.

Ordering here at night is always such a pain as they have a woman at the window who barely understands English, took us 10 minutes before someone who can actually take orders in English took over. If a customer is ordering in English have someone who at least knows the menu in it taking the order. It shouldn’t be this hard to order TACO BELLIt’s also a hit or miss if the food will even be made right
