They have everything backwards, they do not complete orders until you are here there is literally no point in mobile ordering they make you wait ahead of any drive thru orders first. I placed my order at 1pm and got it T 11:35!!! According to the manager that is policy which makes absolutely no sense. Never coming here again. Rudeeeeeee

Waited 25 minutes for a bean burrito šÆ, I ordered through the kiosk because there was no workers to take my order at the counter. It said if you were paying with cash to let them know, but none of them even acknowledged me as I waited.... Very bad customer service

This is the worst taco bell I've ever gone to. I keep going to give them another chance but not anymore. 9/10 times they add meat to my burritos when I order the black bean option instead. I don't eat meat and it's so annoying to bite into my food and then have to spit it out and throw it away. They do it both through postmates and drive thru. I end up wasting money and time. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

To whomever was working the drive thru on at around 8pm on Thurs 8/22/24 - Thank you for your warm customer service. I was on the phone with my wife as I was pulling through and she could literally hear your smile over the phone. She was as extremely impressed as I was... and she wasn't even there. I meant to write a comment earlier, but didn't want it to go unappreciated.
That, and from my personal experience, the food from this location is always consistent, always fresh, and always hot.

I was expecting to eat at Taco Bell that day but got on the wrong bus and ended up on the other side of town and was hungry went inside and immediately was welcomed by the staff even how busy they were.. they told me I could order screen behind me or they could take my order. The place even the restroom was clean no odors no stains I was amazed. After ordering on the screen immediately they called my name to give me my drink cup they said the food would be right out so I filled up my drink and waited a few minutes then my name was called grabbed my food rhen sat down and began to eat. Everything was perfectly prepared. As I was leaving the staff even made sure to say goodbye see you next time. This place gets two thumbs up. If you are wondering I got a chicken Quesadilla cheesy bean rice burrito sour cream and cheese potatoes. And the drink was Bajaj Blast. I give them two thumbs up for the amazing service
Wheelchair accessibility: They side a wide sidewalk to the door so there would be plenty of room

This location is always clean and the service is quick. But the staff here is great and knows customer service. They incorrectly made one of my items, no biggie, so I went to the kiosk and reordered the item. The employee noticed and apologized, I said it's ok and no big deal, but then the manager came out and insisted on giving me a refund. It was only a couple bucks but the gesture was nice and showed that they really cared about making things right. When I left I yelled thank you to the staff in the kitchen and they smiled, waved back, and said you're welcome. Very positive experience.

Don't order inside! Worst food ordering set up I have ever used! I was told by the manager to order on a kiosk at the front and wanted to pay with cash. He told me it wouldn't be a problem and walked away and did not come back to charge me. After 20mins of waiting for my order, with no one at the counter to check with, the drive through employee came to the cash register and said I need to pay for the order to have it begin being made.
