I've always loved this restaurant. Very delicious Punjabi style Indian food. Always good vegetarian choices. I've known the family for years. But I don't know, I seem to have lost my taste for this restaurant a little bit. The attitude of the owner has changed, the portion sizes are smaller, and the attention to detail seems a little less a priority. I've eaten in this restaurant more than 100 times over the years and it's still a pretty good choice. But...
I moved to Louisiana a couple years ago and miss this place sooo much!! Mama is so sweet. She always took care of me! One time my blood sugar dropped while i was waiting for my naan and she fixed me up a little plate so fast and sat with me to make sure i was ok. The food there is delicious! I can’t find it here like they make it! My favorites are vegetable korma - saag aloo - and chicken tiki masala!
One of the best places for eating your curry, rice and naan. I ate in many places in So. Cal and finally ready for my review for their unique taste. You feel refreshed when eating their chicken butter masala and find it different than many places. I usually find all Indian places same taste for chicken butter masala recipe but you can feel nutty flavors in the curry.
Chicken curry was also refreshing made from home masalas, light on stomach and chicken well...
