Visited early afternoon to dine in. Took a while for cashier to come out. Unfriendly with us even as we smiled and said hello. Told us be with you in a bit.. The food prep staff joked with each other Before coming to the counter for our order. Sandwhiches were heavily salted, Same with fries. Open booth tables were messy even though only 2 or 3 guests present. Have been a frequent customer over years but this experience a big disappointment. My partner asked me as we left 'are they always so unfriendly' Likely not coming back.

They have a good deal with their $6 and $8 combos. Not too much food so you don't get bogged down, but satisfying!

This Habit Grill has the best customer service. The best cook line. I have never been disappointed with an order. My order sometimes is for multiple people and they get it right!

I wanted to especially shout out Uri B at the register. Always welcoming and keeps the environment of the restaurant.

They got the milk shake wrong. Then no dressing for the salad. If they want to charge for it. Tell the customer when they are ordering.

I buy food at Habit Burger in Fountain Valley almost every night. The staff are always super friendly and professional, the food is consistently great, and the facility is very clean. Shoutout to Aaron, Reheeu, Carlos, and Jose—along with the rest of the awesome night shift team I may have missed. Great job, everyone!

Loved it! Great service, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend!

Char burger is good and reasonably priced. Wasn't a fan of the higher priced Chicken club sandwich flavor and texture.

The bad is they don't wash the tray and just put paper liner on top. And, greeting seems cold so needs more work.

If I do go back, I'd order to go to avoid the stated deficiencies.

I stopped at this location in the city of Fountain Valley. I was pleasantly surprised By the service, Victor Seem to take a personal sincere interest in his salutation.As well is his entire interaction as I ordered my food.
Kuros To this manager he seems To enjoy. It is obvious with his staff and their interactions that they There were places well. It is one thing to yell out welcome, But when it's told to you with eye contact makes all the difference in the world.
I think Victor's management style would be a wonderful trainer in the HABIT Burger chain of restaurants.

Today we placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats and it came incomplete, for 5 people they put 2 napkins, the ranch did not come, no ketchup, when we called the store we waited 8 minutes for them to respond and they only told us it is not our problem, talk to

Ordered for the family. Highly recommend asking for ranch twice. Once when you order, again when you pick up. I ordered a trough of ranch and was given 1oz for 3 burgers, three fries, onion rings and kids chicken tenders.Also, if you order the garlic parm fries, ask for extra garlic and parm. Got three sprigs of cheese and a pinch of garlic .kind of disappointing.
