I stopped at this location in the city of Fountain Valley. I was pleasantly surprised By the service, Victor Seem to take a personal sincere interest in his salutation.As well is his entire interaction as I ordered my food.
Kuros To this manager he seems To enjoy. It is obvious with his staff and their interactions that they There were places well. It is one thing to yell out welcome, But when it's told to you with eye contact makes all the difference in the world.
I think Victor's management style would be a wonderful trainer in the HABIT Burger chain of restaurants.

Ordered for the family. Highly recommend asking for ranch twice. Once when you order, again when you pick up. I ordered a trough of ranch and was given 1oz for 3 burgers, three fries, onion rings and kids chicken tenders.Also, if you order the garlic parm fries, ask for extra garlic and parm. Got three sprigs of cheese and a pinch of garlic .kind of disappointing.

This was our first time at this restaurant, because we were going to go to Sam’s Club, and we came here for good fast food. Nope we waited 40 minutes for our food. They gave us the food super cold, no communication whatsoever of the counter gentleman only two people.. he was helping the chef cook! We didn’t get our drinks . He had people standing and didn’t bother to say here is your order or nothing. For us it was not a good experience. I just wish our food was at least hot. Now I have to go eat eles where

I revisited The Habit Burger Grill after a long time and ordered the Portabella Char Burger with mushrooms and jalapenos. Mainly kiosk se4vice however you can't really customize anything. We tried to change regular to sweet potato fries and when I asked he pretty much said it can't be done there and went about his conversation, no offer to assist.Food was the usual. Area was clean and empty.

Great food, as always. Had the BBQ chicken salad and tempura green beans. The light tempura batter is one of my favoi.The employees were super friendly and attentive. The floor and tables were nice and clean. Thank you.

Food is good, but they will add a service charge on your bill for walk in service. Extra $2!! This is illegal. No signs posted about adding this fee and why? Can't the Habit afford to pay their employees without screwing their customers to subsidize this for the company? Just terrible!

The Hamburgers are tasty compared to others. Finally I found a great place for Hamburger. The spicy fried green bean's are good nice change.
