New owners changed the name and the food. When this was Turkish kitchen the hummus with some of the best on the west side, otherwise you had to go to Little Arabia in Anaheim to get good hummus.
Unfortunately they have changed this and now the food is mediocre just like any ordinary chain. Cheap hummus, tasteless Baba ganoush, mediocre falafel. Not much to like here if you know good food

Batuhan is very friendly and professional. We got beef Gyro and chicken gyro and both were very tasty. The place is very clean, highly recommended.

I had some a few months ago and really liked the food. I went again today and I was shocked because the taste is so different. I didn't like it at all and never went back.

Rolled in at 8:40. Guy behind the counter said they were closed and there were no hours open posted outside so I asked him when they usually close and he lied and said 7-8. Not cool I was starving and really wanted to try this place seeing as how I love Turkish food.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!Food is disgusting. Not as fresh as it used to be. No real flavor. It's just cooked. Falafel was old hard and felt like recooked?! My cabbage on my legs had a bite back which means it's ran it....how does pickled cabbage have a bite back ?Small portions vs. normal size at most Mediterranean restaurants. We will never come here again. The place was empty at dinner hours on a Sunday. Windows dirty and hazy windows. Get it together guys. Because there is so much competition for us to go and spend our money elsewhere

**OWNERS HAVE CHANGED AT THIS RESTAURANT- NOT AS GOOD**This used to be my favorite place for grilled meats and Mediterranean deli case food. The Baklava here WAS amazing. There was change in ownership as of mid March/beginning of April. The original owner was an award winning chef and the kindest man. He recognized us coming in weekly after the second time we came to eat, and his hospitality - and his BAKLAVA! - is what kept me coming for over 9 months - every single Wed. for lunch. The new owner is trying and the food is ok, though not as good as before, however there are other changes too:- food took 30-45 mins to be served vs the 15-20 mins it used to take for a doner or kebab plate. Have NO idea why, but there was no checking in on us or apologizing for the ridiculous wait- even when we came in to ask. This happened 2 weeks in a row.- charging extra for toum, tahini and chili. They didn’t list these as extra on the new menu, and the old owners always included it. When we asked for it- he said, well I will need to charge you $1 per oz container. How does that make sense if they are making it in batches? Especially since the plates are all ~$17-24. Felt like penny pinching to ask to pay for condiments- attempting to upsell while not paying attn to what I was actually saying. Then asking me 2 more times what sides I wanted because he was trying to get me to buy more! Truly, just listen to your customers.I do not feel welcome at a place I had come to love. Also the Baklava is no longer award winning here. As proof, the old owner took his Championship Baklava Belt down from the wall over the bathroom.I wish the new owner luck and hope he is able to see the long term benefit of treating returning customers more like friends than strangers. I would love to come back and be treated differently, but I’ve already gone three times since the ownership change and it has left me disappointed and unsatisfied.

One of the best Turkish / Mediterranean spots in whole SoCal region. We tried their specialty Adana Kebab and it was delicious, probably the best I’ve ever had. Generous portions and great side options as well, including chili hummus & babaghanoush. And they served us unlimited Turkish tea, coupled with baklava, the right way to end any meal. We’ll be back for sure!
I will definitely come back to eat meatballs again, it was deliciousThank

I used to eat in that place every month but last time I went there it was so bad , food not tasty like before, quantity of food way less and the price is more. Before 1 sandwich could make two persons full, it was huge sandwich and taste so good , now the sandwich is very tiny , less meat , no taste, less side sauce. Need 3 sandwiches to make one person full. Size of sandwich so tiny and no taste. I think that restaurant sold to new owner and that owner is too stingy , he thought he is smart enough to make more money with bad food ,less taste food . I advice everyone not to eat there because you will spend a lot of money for not tasty food like before. I wish they did not sell that restaurant because it was the only restaurant in that area the food was tasted like the taste on our back country food.Even my kids noticed the bad and different food taste they used to taste before . Now need to search for different restaurant. Turkish kitchen restaurant erased from my list . I l expect they will close soon.
