The food is good, but they only give you one small tartar sauce for ever two fish you buy. You should be given 1 tartar sauce per fish filet.

This place is the real deal. Easily one of the best fish and chips I've had in Orange County if not the best so far. You might convince yourself the near $30 price tag at places like santa monica seafood would give you better fish and chips but it's not the case. the batter here is crispy and much more delicate. not heavy and greasy like the beer battered options. I paid $12 for 3 giant pieces of fish. the value is fantastic and the quality is good. only complaints are that the inside can use a thorough dusting (don't look at the fan) and that the fries have potential to be a lot better. tbh if the fries resembled something closer to European chips I would pay another $10 for this plate happily.

First time here. Ordered 3pc fish and chips. Based on negative reviews, I was hesitant to even go, but haven’t had fish and chips since Gordon Ramsay spot in Las Vegas. This was ok…batter was crispy, not too oily, however had little to no flavor/seasoning. Had to use vinegar to give it some flavor. Fries were average. Service a bit grumpy, but expected it based on reviews…must’ve been the same grumpy old white guy. Wouldn’t go back again as would say not worthy of my $14.
