I've been a regular here for a few months now and I always get amazing service here! The food is always great, but the staff are what makes this place really shine. Tonight I received exceptional service especially from Ivan, who you can tell really cares about the work he does. I hope he gets some sort of recognition because you don't come across his kind of attitude in customer service often!

This by far the worst Waba grill I’ve been to. I ordered a chicken/steak bowl with extra protein and I legit only got maybe an extra spoonful of extra chicken and steak (I paid $6 extra for). Now keep in mind I got to waba grill 4 times a week so I’m very familiar with portion sizes and the bowl options. My bowl looked like a normal chicken/ steak without no extra protein. When I brought the issue up to the gentleman working the front he was a little combative and seemed annoyed by me asking for what I paid for. He refused to be of any assistance. When you pay $20 for anything you definitely want to ensure you’re getting exactly what you paid for and not short changed. I shouldn’t have to bring this to their attention but then to disregard my concerns is even worse. Save your $ here.

The skimpiest portions of any Waba Grill. I ordered a beef bowl with white rice and got a white rice bowl with a smidgen of beef. I couldn't help but feel like I just bamboozled! I will never go back to this location again and recommend you avoid it as well.

Our visit to the Waba Grill drive-through was truly impressive! The place was spotless, and the drive-through service was exceptionally quick. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Even though we didn’t place an order, the experience left a lasting positive impression. Definitely a place worth visiting!
