You go for the burgers and fries... And the frosted aren't bad. The Web page or app is fair to muddling, but no where as good as MacDonald s. Cost is high. The specials aren't very good. But those quarter pounder are very good.

I came to Wendy's around 7:15am today and unfortunately the lady that took my order was in a bad mood not helpful at all I actually felt like she was hurrying me up and since I guess I wasn't fast enough for her she left me the waiting for a while I couldn't get her name cause she had no name tag, but she's a small Hispanic lady in her 30s, it just feels awkward when you have to deal with someone like this.

Maria the manager was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us. A doordasher stole our Togo bag and she was quick to get our order made again because we didn't know what happened. I really appreciated the quick and efficient service. My order has a special request and it was honored. Thanks Wendy's for always being great 👍

Couldn't hear clearly Not happy with drive thru service No body greets you anymore just wants the money
Went there last night specifically for the Wednesday Adams special meal. It did not include the pictured bag or collectible spoon. They also forgot our nuggets. The food was cold and the guy behind the counter was irritated at me when I complained that they forgot my nuggets. Even though he took my order ten minutes earlier, I had to show my receipt to prove it. The tables were dirty, sticky and the drink area was not clean or sanitary. My 2 year old daughter is a HUGE Wednesday fan and came dressed as Wednesday Adams to get a special meal. This was a disappointment to say the least.
I also tried the game on the app and earned 10X points, but when I went to complete my order, it was giving me an error. The guy that took my order said the app doesn’t work and that he has to take my order manually. So I missed out on my bonus points. Disappointing experience!
