The upper management is very disrespectful and treats it's employees like dirt. Please do not go to any of the Wendy's in the surrounding area. They do not deserve to line their pockets while abusing their workers.

The night shift people are rude specially the heavy set Hispanic woman she threw the bag of food on the counter and said here you go as if it was free food and she was doing the customers a favor AND IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND !!!

I asked the guy if this is chocolate twice and he said yes. So I reluctantly said ok. When I got back and had a drink of course it wasn’t chocolate.

That meal was a disaster! I used to like Wendy’s, but I spent $35 on garbage. The delivery fees were ridiculous, the food was gross, and it was almost cold. I’ve always eaten at Wendy’s before, but I’m definitely not going back after this. There are way better spots out there.
Always a pleasure to come here, smiling and nice employees and fast service in a fast food restaurant that's right off a busy freeway entrance. Always clean, and the food is good and they have a lot of healthy options.
Only things I could even slightly complain about is the lack of parking when it's busy and the lack of A/C in the dining area on a hot day, but those are trivial and not a reason to knock off a star.
