Donuts were ok. Have had fresher donuts at other Winchels. Does not hold up to next day treats.

Oh yum! Went on a whim before heading back to hotel after 9 pm - what a selection!!! We were giddy from all the choices. Everything looked tasty and scrumptious. Made to many choices, but they lasted several days in our room and we're not disappointed at all!

My wife and I were thinking of grabbing some coffee here a couple of mornings ago. We were parked near the door when we watched an older woman, carrying a large box of donuts and 2 drinks, trip and fall as she was walking out the door. Two nearby construction workers ran over and helped her up. She slowly carried her crushed box of donuts and 2 basically empty cups to her car. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter who were actively watching the entire situation unfold and they did absolutely nothing. One of the employees even craned her neck to get a better look, stared at the woman, and showed zero empathy. No one offered to refill her drinks or get her some fresh donuts, check to see if she was ok, nothing. We were so disgusted by this exchange that we decided we will never be returning here. Doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't be decent human beings.

The lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly. She was trying to rush me to order. And when I said I needed a minute she got frustrated. I started I was looking at the lunch specials. I called her over to let her know I was ready and I wanted one of the chicken sandwiches combo. She rung me up and gave me the sandwich and when I ask what the drink and chips. She said no you just asked for the sandwich. Never said let me fix it or let me change you for what you like. Just said you got your sandwich and just ignored me.

How long does it take to make a 6:50 dollar ham and cheese. More than 10 mins is not ok

I always receive great service quickly here. On multiple occasions the online ordering system thru Direct Order failed to send my full order, but fortunately, Stephanie was on top of the problem and made it no more than a mild inconvenience. Thank-yous for the whole staff
