I tried to buy a Diet Coke inside and the staff refused to allow me to order at the counter. They wanted me to use the kiosk. I tried 2 kiosks and they wouldn’t allow me to purchase a soda with cash. I waited for other kiosks, but other guests were trying to figure out their order. Then I decided to go to the drive thru. I waited another 10 min for my Diet Coke in the drive thru. This McDonalds has had a great update recently. But. Unfortunately, they still seem to be understaffed the wait time either dine in or drive thru is PAINFUL. Hopefully that will be upgraded as well.... soon...

This is on my way to work and I stop there often. The location is clean and newish looking. Right off the freeway and easy find. Customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes they are super nice. Other times you don't even get a hello or eye contact. However, it is a lot nicer than many McDonalds in this area so I will keep going to this location.
