Ok, so here is a little Mexican restaurant mostly off the beaten path. Food was really good. The young lady who served us did a great job serving a sudden group of 20.

Service was good and friendly, but the food was not authentic mexican food. They need to do a adjustment to their menu and ingredients.

The server was the worst. I even asked her if there was pancake syrup and utensils in my to-go order. Nope! Had to drive back from my inspection to be able to eat. And 8.95$ for a single pancake is robbery! Will starve rather than spend my money here.

Loved the generous chicken fajita. Great prices. A good economical choice for the area. They seemed understaffed but the waitress was very pleasant. Older, well worn facility.

Passing through & decided to grab a bite here. Tiny restaurant with maybe 5 tables. Food is ok and prices are cheaper than most Mexican restaurants. Don't expect too much already priced cheap and good enough to eat.

The hot soup that you can only get in winter was the best on a cold day. Friendly staff and attentive service Delicious food and the best flavor you can get on the mountain. I always stop by when I'm in the area. The cozy space makes you feel more comfortable.Especially the shrimp fajitas are the best. Highly recommended!??

On our first visit, we were surprised to find great Mexican food at a great price. The portions are generous and the taste was delicious. The staff is very welcoming and on top of their game. The huevos rancheros and the menudo were very good. Always get a Mexican coke with your order. The bathroom is small, but plenty big for the amount of people that enjoy this restaurant. The parking is plentiful outside, with a slight walk if you don't get up front parking. We left happy and full. Thank you La Leña.

I recently discovered this charming Mexican restaurant and it exceeded my expectations. The cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and authentic homemade meals made it a gem in the community. The food presentation is appealing, and the flavors truly capture the essence of Mexican cuisine. Ample parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and the picturesque village setting add to the overall experience. Despite occasional crowding, the excellent taste makes it worth the visit. Highly recommended for fellow food enthusiasts!
