I visited The Perch with my parents, looking forward to a comfortable sit-down dinner. Unfortunately, we felt a bit out of place upon arrival. The staff seemed disinterested in welcoming us, leaving us unsure whether to wait to be seated or find our own table. Even as we were clearly leaving, no one stopped us to ask if we needed assistance or if everything was okay. A more inclusive atmosphere and attentive service would have greatly improved our experience.

Randomly came upon this spot and we absolutely loved it. Great food, drinks and staff! Plus the view is gorgeous, definitely will be back.

The atmosphere was great. We sat outside on the top deck. An even though I got hit by an umbrella when the wind came up, I liked sitting outside. I was a little upset that they did not really even say anything about me getting hit across the shoulder and back, which hurt btw..
The food looked great but I am not a big Cumin person. I'm pretty sure my burger had cumin in it. The fries where good. We had the brea for an appetizer. It was not what I expected for $16.
It's a cute little area an I love the mountain feel. But next time, I think we will try the pizza place.

The perch said it had accommodations for handing cap people but if you go on a weekday you would have to climb stairs many of them. We were informed they only open the bottom half on weekends. But the snotty waitress went on to inform us that the night before which would of been a Tuesday was open for them. Anyway we ordered food to go fish and chips. The fish was dry awful and the waitresses rude and very unacomidating. Would (never) go back. Date September 12th 2024

I can't stress enough how nice the staff is here. We came to eat with our toddler who was off his nap schedule and we had to leave shortly after getting the food. The staff was kind from start to finish and was very accommodating with the situation.

The salad with pear was very good. Fried okra was excellent. We also got the fish. We're from the coast and have had a lot of fish and chips so I'm very particular about my fish. I have to say that fish was a handsome fillet, but a little on the dry side. I wouldn't order it again, but we do plan on returning to try their other dishes. Also, they had a south African Pinotage, bonus points for that.

A note on seating: Most of the seating upstairs are high-tops. If you have children I recommend the outdoor seating, weather permitting.

It’s such a beautiful place with the view. The owners are terrific. The food is amazing. What else do you want? Oh, they have music.

Hi,

Bigfoot here. Me love The Perch in Pine Mountain Club! Cocktails so good, make Bigfoot very happy. Me give 5 stars!

Drinks tasty and make Bigfoot want to dance. Bartender nice and friendly. Place cozy and fun. Me like coming here to relax after long day in bigfoot café or forest.

Bigfoot say, everyone should try The Perch. You will love it too!

We love The Perch! So much so that we asked them to host our wedding reception. And it exceeded our expectations, from the food to the service to the cocktails. The atmosphere on the deck was just perfect for our cozy group. We love saddling up to the bar for one of Luce's delicious cocktails and no one can beat Chef Angie's ceaser salad or chowder. It feels like Cheers, where everbody knows your name. 💕

The staff was very friendly and kind. They were very nice to my children and gave them coloring books, and did magic tricks that they really enjoyed.Food- we got cheese pizza, chicken tender, and fish and chip.Pizza was really goodChicken tender/fries was goodFish and chips had no taste at all. It wasn't seasoned, it tasted like nothing and I really wanted to enjoy it because the meal was expensive but it had no taste at all.In my opinion dinner wasn't worth the $85 bucks we spentDrinks- was good

We’ve been in a couple times and this is our favorite spot for dinner in the area. The drinks Luce makes are fantastic (if you like an Old Fashioned it’s definitely worth trying the Ember). Everything we’ve ordered food wise has been fantastic, and I think they really shine when they bring in unique flavors into their plates (like the flatbread). Fish and chips and burgers are as outstanding as everyone else says. Really cozy place in the winter and fun to sit outdoors and listen to music in the summer. Definitely a must visit when you’re in Pine Mountain.

Not sure why you would come to PMC/Frazier Park and not stop here for some of the best food ever. Service is friendly and outstanding. Burger is top notch and the fish and chips are definition quality. Best fries I have ever had. Be patient, kitchen is small and so is the seating. This place is an absolute gem. Remember—smaller menu means more quality! Enjoy the vibe
