I have gone to Es atleast 4 times a week for the passed 4 or 5 years. It has always been my favorite place to eat in town since I was a little kid. In the passed few months the service has gone down hill and the food has too. My favorite meat has always been the Carne Asada. You can't get Carne Asada when the male cook who doesn't speak English is working because you just get the burnt gunk they scrape off the grill.
