BBQ Factory is a great spot for Chinese skewer BBQ. The food is tasty and authentic, and the prices won't empty your wallet. Everything from the meat to the veggies is grilled just right, giving you that perfect BBQ flavor. Definitely a go-to place if you're in the mood for some real-deal skewers.

Food was tasty and yummy. We ordered lamb skewers and chicken. BBQ items are bit costly but tasty is good. Lamb onion fry was also so good. Lamb rice noodles were so soft . Service is good and fast .

Too oily too oily too oily! Fat sausage lovers ordered the dry pot fat sausage, and barely ate half of it. After removing the oil from the rice, the fat sausage still bursts with oil in your mouth and the fat sausage is directly deep fried and the fat sausage is dry and the taste is not good. Really tired ?

This place is a hidden gem in Fremont for Chinese street food! My boyfriend and I always order the lamb, chicken, mushroom skewers because they are grilled, charred, seasoned with the perfect balance of spicy/ sweet Sichuan flavor. He introduced me to the Sichuan wide noodle dish and it is an entire experience! This dish is packed with flavor - we're talking whole potatoes, braised chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, and lots of red pepper. Be careful though because I accidentally ate a small Sichuan pepper and the numbing effect lasted a while that it impacted my whole appetite afterwards LOL. Lesson learned, but nonetheless we highly recommend grubbing here on a late night ~

I take my friends here all the time and it's a crowd favorite. The owner is super sweet, she's from northern China and her husband is from the south, where this cuisine is from. The food is super spicy, and the steamed buns are a must-have. I usually skip steamed buns but they're seasoned so well here. The skewers are also really affordable compared to other skewer places. It's also one of the only placed locally open late, and people often stay a while to slowly eat and chat with friends . Overall, my favorite restaurant in Fremont (and possibly ever).

My kids love the food here. We live far away from the restaurant. Every time I go to Fremont area, I would go to this location to order take-out food.It is a plus that the restaurant opens till very late.

I have never been to a restaurant worst than this place. I am so surprised that this place is operating under this terrible condition. Food was ugh, service was disappointing, and restaurant looked horrible.

I come here to dine every week. The mutton skewers are tender and taste very good. Grilled steamed bun slices, lobster, spicy hotpot, fried clams with chives, baby squid...each dish has its own characteristics? The landlady is hospitable and takes great care of the baby?
