The location in Santa Ana (behind South Coast) is a joke! Instead of taking our order himself, the inept worker pointed us to an automated ordering machine that didn’t work very well (it took our order but did not let us use a reward bonus we had). Instead of offering a solution; the worker just kept his mouth shut and pretended to work.
