It seems employees of this Cold Stone creamery has no interest in serving or attending the customers. This is my second time, I had this experience. I waited at one counter for 10min and then the employee is saying that go or the other counter though he saw me couple of times and should have told the same earlier. Pathetic!!!

This is the WORST coldstone location EVER. All employees are SO SAD as if they are forced to work. They seem upset when they have customers.Also, they have NO CLUE about what creations have what mix ins. They add wrong stuff all the time. They make sub par quality icecream creations as they 1) do not mix properly 2) all the mix-ins are trashed as they wont fit in the right sized bowl.They say they close at 10, but they close around 9:30 pm.

They made an amazing 49er cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. We love it so much it was perfect just how I wanted it We love it so much it was perfect. Just how I wanted it beautiful I will be purchasing another cake.

The hours by the front door says they are open til 10pm. Why is all the ice cream put away, doors locked, and employees cleaning at 9:50!? Sucks when you literally made a special trip just to go get ice cream.
I wanted to share my experience with this location so maybe others will try a different place to have their ice cream cake made. It is my second time having issues with a custom cake, and now is my last because the cake has ruined my son's bday. I spoke to Naz, the cake decorator, to make sure the cake would be done correctly since when you order on the website, they do not allow enough characters to be specific enough. I told her on the phone what I wanted and to call me if there were any changes or questions; she did not call me even though when I picked up the cake, it had my son's age missing on top of the cake. When I called her from the parking lot, she gave me excuses, saying we spoke on the phone, and I told her we did. I also asked her if there were issues with the cake call, and she did not call me. Then she told me to hand the phone to one of her employees and said she was just a cake decorator, not trained. She did not call me and tell me the writing could not fit. Well, when you write in a large font, it will not fit; however, I did not get to change it because she did not call me and let me know. Then the cake tasted horrible. I do not know if Naz is the manager or just the cake decorator, but I will not be a returning customer after this second atrocious experience.

Coming from LA to bay area with my fiancé wanted to try the ice cream my cousin live near by said you guys can go there and have some good ice cream we start walking got to this ice cream shop and had two different flavors to go it was cold outside so we take it home while we open it there was fly inside the ice cream that almost take my finance to hospital be careful everyone out there because you never know where they make there ice cream really bad experience will never ever try it again let all your friends know to check out before you eat from this shop .

Looking for a cake for my babies who just turned 3 and 9 on Tuesday for their party tomorrow, and the associate who didn’t want to service me really embarrassed me in front of my children. She immediately wanted to help the dominant nationality in this city and I simply said; excuse me if I’m in the wrong spot but I was next. She then said she was just putting on her gloves but she was clearly walking to the people she wanted to service while doing so. All in all; I grew up in this very city and left as soon as I graduated and I see that things haven’t changed. I love the ice cream and the cakes here, but it’s obvious they don’t care for me and my family.
