Idly and uttapam themselves are ok, but the tomato salsa taste like ketchup? Thier sambar too spicy for me (hotter than some other famous shops in fremont). The other chutneys good

Nobody answers the call. You cannot talk to anyone. To place the order you have order online only, if you have any questions, nobody will amswer the call.

I had an amazing experience here! The food was incredibly good — every dish felt fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole meal feel really special. The ambiance was warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a very algorithm heavy restaurant. Clear and specific instructions written everywhere.
However, one advice to the management team - kitchen orders should be a priority queue, not FIFO. We were waiting 20 min for food while takeout orders were being prepared (and no one was there to pick it up, it was left packed).

Food was great. I don’t like vegetables and yet I enjoyed the flavors.

I have ordered masala through online DoorDash so they said this is a masala dosa, but there is no hardly potato masala inside and The Dosa is too hard to tear only how did they expect People to eat it. Quality of the food is so bad it did not recommend anyone to order here again.

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Dosa Express. The dosa was absolutely terrible – soggy, flavorless, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Easily the worst dosa I’ve ever had.

To make things worse, the Dahi Vada was clearly stale, with a sour taste and rubbery texture that was hard to ignore. It felt like they just pulled it out of the fridge from a few days ago and served it without a second thought.

But what truly ruined the experience was the owner’s attitude. Instead of addressing concerns politely, she was dismissive and borderline rude and kept repeating she was gen-z blah blah. The service overall was just as bad – slow, disorganized, and completely lacking in basic courtesy.

If you're looking for good South Indian food and decent service, look elsewhere. This place is a big disappointment.

Update: LOL. What is this owner high on? This is a genuine feedback of this idiotic restaurant and look at the owners attitude. Do whatever you want. You are getting sued for using someone's name and personal details on your page. See you in court. Lawyers already involved.

Worst experience, order multiple items dosa idly vada pogal all of them were very cold and not fresh… it was so hot inside and when asked the server responded i am feeling cold… wow never recommend to anyone

Me and my brother tried their combo option. Very good option. Sambar flavor was different and unique. Mild spicy. So safe for us. Highly recommended.
