Excellent food and great service at reasonable prices. The staff is thoughtful and caring when making sandwiches and soups. great desserts too. I will defiantly return for lunch.

I discovered Erik's deli 2 weeks ago and I think I've been 4 times already. The sandwiches are so good and exposed me to the world of sprouts. I eat a lot of sandwiches and am surprised that more shops don't have sprouts as an option. It's so good! I do wish that they were more generous with the portions of meat because it's very sparse. I also still to this day do not know how to order the dutch crunch bread through their app. They give a plethora of bread options, but the dutch crunch is not one and I know it exists because it says that the Ciao Down sandwich comes with dutch crunch. However, if you customize the order to change any of the ingredients, it forces you to pick a bread option and doesn't offer dutch crunch as one. As for their salads, I'm not a fan. They don't have anything that makes it unique. If you're looking for salads I actually love Mr. Pickles's salads. I'd skip the salad here and go to Mr Pickles's for that, but I prefer the sandwiches at Erik's compared to Mr. Pickles's. If you order through the app, you accumulate points for rewards and it makes it so simple to order online and pick up. I'm excited to try their soups here, hoping it's good!

This location has drastically gone down hill. Customer service and competence is lousy! Team members have very little working knowledge of their rewards program, much less how to accept and apply earned discounts. They will argue with you demanding they are 'right' when I can prove otherwise. Sandwiches are made sloppy and as if they do not take pride in their work, yet they expect a tip. Tables are often left dirty, even on non-busy hours. Napkins, condiments, straws are sparingly available upon request only. Will be contacting corporate over most recent experience, as they failed to honor reward dollars that were valid and un-expired.

Today I passed by for my sandwich as usual. I came by 9AM and there were 3 more people waiting and none of the soups were ready for ordering. Me and my family come everyday and today I was disappointed cause nothing was prepared. I feel they should open more early.

today I went to my usual lunch spot, like I always do, around 9am. But when I got there, it looked like they had changed their opening hours and now they open later? Because of that, nothing was set up yet and I didn't have time to wait, so I had to leave. It's disappointing, right? I think if they're gonna change the hours, they should have put up a notice to let customers know. I'm not sure why they made the change, but I hope they go back to their regular hours soon.

$16 for a chicken sandwich is way too much.Food is good, but it's not $16 worth good.

We ordered some sandwiches from here last week. The quality of food is very good. However I noticed the size of the sandwiches was a little shorter this time. Service was good.

It's a bit pricey for the portion, but it's well worth it. Sandwiches with fresh ingredients, delicious soups, I highly recommend an REO Speedwagon with a bowl of tomato bisque.Vegetarian options: Without checking the menu, there are at least two vegetarian sandwiches and they're both delicious.

As a Fremont native, I'm kinda shocked that I've never eaten at Erik's Deli until yesterday. This place is a gold mine compared to Panera! I ordered the Asian salad and it was loaded with fresh, largely proportioned vegetables. The clam chowder was also delicious - very well surpassed my expectations. The service was also fast and friendly. Overall, Erik's has gained a returning customer, most def will continue to support!

I went in this morning for a sandwich and tomato soup. I love tomato soup and this did the job! The cashier took my order and she was very nice and helpful. The two ladies making the sandwiches were also very nice when handing me my food. They were also quick. The style of this place is old school and they have pictures of OLD FREMONT which was also so cool. I will be back for sure!

I like the deli feel of this place and the sandwiches. Bread was nice and soft. Love sprouts in my sandwiches. Good amount of meat. I gave 3 stars because the place is a little dark and needs a little joy. Overall I liked my sandwich but glad I took it to go.

Erik's serves really great sandwiches. The veggie sandwiches are always jam packed with flavor!

We have eaten here before, but tonight was a complete waste, the food was awful. Our butternut squash soup was watery and had a green tone and our sandwich had been microwaved and the bread was tough and firm like a board. What is going on down there?
