The house made noodles have a nice chew to it and the service here is great. Althought I couldn't find the 5 colors (supposedly the noodles are made out of five different grains - corn, buckwheat, rice, sorghum and pea) that represent the 5 grains, the dish was enjoyed thoroughly nonetheless.
