The service from the waitress is great. She loves the hot and sour flavor. Now I want to eat it every day, but it’s a bit far away, so I go there every week. My son also likes it very much. I usually add powder for him to eat, and he is very special. I like sausages and beef. I also like beef. My husband likes their radishes. All in all they are delicious. I hope there will be another restaurant nearby.

First time coming here and the food is really good. We ordered the snakehead noodles combo and chicken gristles. Everything was good and the service was friendly too. Had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Surprised by their varieties of choices. We ordered two flavors with very similar names, both related to sour and spicy flavors, but we were thrilled to find that the two flavors are very different from each other, even though they are all sour and spicy flavors, the sourness actually comes from different types of ingredients. One is aged vinegar while the other one tastes more like from pickled vegetables and sauce. Portion and price is good too. Good choice if you’re in the area looking for some comfort food.

Came in to try this new place about a month ago based on their stellar Yelp reviews. Owner was working the register and walked us through the menu in great detail, providing us with recommendations based on what we told him we liked. I ordered the Spicy & Sour Flavor Noodle Soup with Swai Fillet and my husband ordered the Noodles Soup w/ Corn Kernels. When I ordered my dish, the owner asked him how spicy I wanted the noodles to be. Since this was my first time ordering, I ordered the medium-level of spice. But it turned out to not be as spicy as I was hoping. So for all of you spice lovers, you should probably order a higher spice level than normal. What's clear is that the noodles were delicious, savory, fresh and the fish was soft and tasty with no fishiness whatsoever. And what's so unique about the dish was the multi-colored noodles - which is probably where they got the name from. Each strand of noodle was perfectly chewy and firm. For my husband's dish, it wasn't the most 'special' tasting dish but it's a good option for vegans and was quite a hearty meal. The aroma of the noodles and sweetness of the corn kernels tasted like 'home'.

Comfortable decoration with fish lanterns hanging on the ceiling and a big wall art highlighting the grains, very earthy warm yet bright ambiance. The tea they serve is mock fruit red date tea, pure clean ingredients and naturally sweet yet healthy. Love it! I tried the original grain noodle in fish soup with snakehead fish. The broth is rich and thick, the fish fillets are silky smooth, the quail eggs are soft inside and the tofu is also silky soft, the whole dish is warm and delicious! I thought five grain noodle means rolling all five grains into the noodle dough, but it's actually 5 kinds of thin noodles in the bowl. The noodles are made from 5 different kinds of grains so you see white, green, yellow, grey colors of noodle strands. The noodles hold up well on its own. I drank a lot of the broth first, ate the one large piece of lettuce, tried the fish fillet, ate one quail egg and finally got to the noodles. Even half into the meal time, the noodles are still not soggy. The sliced beef rice is also good. Soft beef and good flavor of sauce to go with the white rice. The steamed broccoli is fresh and appetizing. Service is courteous and friendly. Tables and chairs were wiped, tea was refilled, and a small free appetizer of pickle and peanuts was served. I would hope the food came a bit faster but overall a very satisfying experience. I wish I saved room to try their desserts next time.

The price is fantastic. Thirteen dollars for a gigantic bowl of fish noodles soup. Definitely can feed two. The service was quick and unobtrusive. My cup of tea was never empty. Nice place to bring friends or family to share some heart warming soup. Also the restroom is clean. A+++

Revisiting this restaurant just a week after our first visit, tried 3 new noodle soups (tomatoes soup base, spicy and sour base and original fish soup base) and they are all very satisfying! This will become my go to spot for fish soup based noodles!
