Flying Idlis - Fremont Reviews
I had the Ghee Dosa, Fried Idli, and Masala Dosa at Flying Idlis, and all three were absolutely delicious! Everything was packed with great flavor and tasted fantastic. I would definitely recommend visiting Flying Idlis and trying their food. A must-visit for dosa and idli lovers!
Stuffed bajji is very good
This is more than just a food review; it’s an appreciation post for the person who packed my order.
A power outage caused by the Sunol fire accident in Fremont we were waiting for the power restore back but the PG&E text came in the restoration is scheduled for next day, everything in my fridge like milk had spoiled. It was 11:45 PM, while working on something while my battery lasted on my computer, I realized I had nothing to eat. With just 15 minutes before the store closes,...read full review

Flying Idlis is a restaurant that serves delicious South Indian food with real Hyderabadi flavor. The menu includes Ghee Dosa, Fried Idli, Masala Dosa, Idli, Panner Tikka Dosa, Bene masala Dosa, vadas, and crispy punugulu. The Panner Tikka Dosa is filled with paneer and melted cheese and tastes almost like a dosa quesadilla fusion. The chai complements the dosa beautifully. The food is packed with great flavor and tastes fantastic. The vadas are clearly made fresh, and the crispy punugulu tasted just like they do in Hyderabad. Even when only two items are ordered, the packing includes hot sambar, three peanut chutneys, extra spoons, and plenty of napkins. The chutney is made with peanuts instead of coconut and is really good. The service is great, friendly, and quick. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the spice level is just right, and every bite feels authentic and satisfying. It is a must-visit for dosa and idli lovers and highly recommended for anyone craving delicious South Indian flavors.
